Rinse well. Grind with water 5 chillies, salt, 1/4th tsp jeera seeds, 1/4th tsp hing, 4 tbsp grated coconut. Adjust consistency with water. Rest for 10 mins then make dosas.

The dosas really look so delectable and crispy. Obviously they are healthy which is an added bonus. I really like your dosa recipe. I can watch them over and over again But I think making these dosas requires expertise. As I am not able to make such beautiful dosas. I tired some of the dosa recipe that had you mentioned before. The dosas break while I try to flip or the insides remain raw. I have to add extra oil which makes the dosas very oily and thus unhealthy. Is there any tip to prepare a good, crispy, dosa...
