    I have just gotten a lot more interested in essential oils over the past year and now have my diffuser running every day! I love peppermint oil while I'm working. Love the sounds of this peace blend for sleep and also just getting grounded during the day! Thank you for all the info!

    I love that you talked about the benefits versus the smells. Such a great tip and so helpful since I don't know much about essentail oils.

      Thanks! Yeah, a lot of people think the oil needs to smell good to work, but that'a not the case at all. Aroma is just a perk of the benefits!

    P.S. The universe totally heard my cry and sent this to me today. I used it this morning before I got your email. I reached into my Doterra Emotional kit and it jumped out at me.

    Hi Tara, thanks for all of the great information that you share. I find it really does help me out a lot.
    With the Peace blend; it's helping me to be at work and to help me deal with my fear and frustration that goes with working. Luckily I can diffuse oils at my work without intruding on anyone else. In fact I get positive comments from my work colleagues about some of the blends that I use.

      I'm so glad to hear this, and so glad you're loving this oil! May i ask what the fear and frustration are related to? (Maybe I'll have another oil rec you can try.)

    peace smells sooooo good! I had no idea that it had Clary Sage in it. No wonder I like it so much! Another blend that I really love when I am feeling overwhelmed is basil and balance. Oh my goodness! Thank you for your channel. I always enjoy the content you put out and learn so much!

    • @TaraWagner

      Oh nice! Are you using these two together? Basil is really great for the adrenals, so it's a smart one to use when you're under stress!

    • @julieanne25

      @@TaraWagner yes i made myself a little rollerblend of the two. I honestly had no idea that basil was good for adrenals. I just have always been drawn to the fragrance of it and it makes me happy ;)

      @@TaraWagner in a 10 ml rollerbottle I mix 10 drops balance and 8 drops basil... the remaining with FCO. If you have any other recommendations, I would love to hear!

      Equal parts Wild Orange and Basil are also great for the adrenals if that's what you're needing!

    I use the Peppermint in 2 diffusers at my fitness studio. It helps to cover up the smell of sweaty bodies and seriously feel like it energizes us! Love DoTerra!

    How many drops of peace from the 5ml bottle do you recommend putting in a 10ml roller with a carrier? Thank you

    • @TaraWagner
      @TaraWagner  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question, but I don't have a straight answer. 😆It varies based on the person, the needs, etc. I have a free dilution guide that might help though. It shows you how to dilute for every age, skin type, container size, and emotional or physical need. You can grab it right here: xotara.us/dilution-guide (The page might be a little slow to open rn; we're working on this site this week and it's kiiiiiiilllllllling me. LOL)

  • @wholeheartedart-nicolebray1671
    @wholeheartedart-nicolebray1671 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    What if you don't dilite it or put it in a carrier? Can I just put it under my nose and be at peace????

    • @TaraWagner
      @TaraWagner  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I personally wouldn't dab it under your nose. It can be too overwhelming. Try your pulse points instead. You'll still smell it without it being overwhelming. And while you can probably get away with no diluting this one on occasion, over time that's not recommended. I have a video coming soon on dilution that goes into this more in-depth!

    Vetiver smells SO bad :(

    • @TaraWagner
      @TaraWagner  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      😆 it’s not my fav either but remember the aroma can change based on mood and emotional state! Do you have this oil? Do you smell the Vetiver in it? (Not everyone does!)

    • @hlb0111
      @hlb0111 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TaraWagner I have Vetiver by itself and I also have a blend that's Vetiver, frankincense, lavender and cedarwood and I can't stomach it. I tried diffusing that blend once - it made my room smell like body odor 🤮 The only thing I smell in that blend is the vetiver and cedarwood. What does that say about me???? 😔

    • @TaraWagner
      @TaraWagner  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@hlb0111 Haha! It is true that our reaction can tell us something about where we are, what we're dealing with, or things we might need to address on an emotional level. Here's a link to understand a bit more about vetiver - maybe there's a helpful clue there? xotara.us/oils/vetiver-essential-oil
      Keep in mind that just because it's bringing up a strong reaction DOES NOT mean we "need" that oil. We get to decide if working with that oil or the things it's eliciting is helpful to us. I will say the more I've worked with the emotions behind vetiver, the less is smells like feet. 😂😂😂
