As of April 1, 2024, the 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid is not yet on the market. The 2024 model is an updated version of the 2022 Corolla Cross from the previous generation, and it is expected to feature similar enhancements.
By examining the 2024 model, we can infer what the 2025 Corolla Cross Hybrid might offer. This compact SUV will blend the flexibility of a crossover with the fuel efficiency of a hybrid engine. The base model is anticipated to have a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor, delivering around 196 horsepower. The estimated fuel economy is 53 miles per gallon or 5.6 liters per 100 kilometers.
Toyota recently introduced a new version of the Corolla Cross in Thailand, showcasing a honeycomb grille, LED headlights, and a refined interior. Although this model is not yet available in the US, it may hint at future updates for the American version.
The revamped Corolla Cross in Thailand features a redesigned front with new headlights and large corner vents, giving it a sportier look. The distinctive mesh-patterned grille and sleek strip above the lights enhance its unique design. Inside, it offers a 10.1-inch touchscreen and an optional 12.3-inch digital driver display. In the US, the highest trims will feature a 7-inch driver display as the largest option. It will be intriguing to see if this design style will be consistent across all versions of the Corolla Cross globally.
