There will be a couple of small meta tweaks because of the new Mutations and the new herbivore Diabloceratops. These are slight tip tweaks for the Build with Mutations. Once the HT is over and comes to official servers. 1st: Referencing the tip at 7:55. Sadly the devs decided to remove this additional lunge. 2nd: The swamps sadly won't be as peaceful after the update. But FAR more interesting. The Dibble (New herbivore) has a migration zone there. 3rd: The North Lake is now more difficult since the meta has shifted most interactions by carnivores and herbivores towards the south plains. i got a tip you missed. i do alot of long land walks with the Deino and i have learned that you can burn your stam bar to the top of the three claw marks and it will regen your stam. it can make the dif when trying to make that littlke lake in the NE corner of the map

I just started playing the Isle today and this video really helped with my growing baby boy. I still don't really crasp how diets work but we're getting there!
Never played this game. I play DeinoS in Prior Extinction. Both games have some amazing mechanics. Can't wait how the non-Roblox PE will compare to The Isle. But this was so cool to watch...Also as your first video, it's very professional.

Hey bro, I’m a deino main my self, love this video, but I have to make a correction about one of ur tips, if u run on land to escape bigger croc as a baby, it won’t work with every size, juvie/semiadult (not adult ) will get u on land with ez, so I would recommend not to be shy on stam, and use it both, on water and land , in water simply to juke incoming atack(if ur good enought), on land case… may the god help u, if ur small and getting chased by juvenile. Thanks for the video, bring some more
The safest spot is on left side if you’re coming from the tunnel by the Dam. Mostly because the Deinos have to show themselves and get up on land to get at you so there should be enough time to move away
I like going from water access to the isolated lake in the highlands. It's pretty peaceful ( if alone ) and can be good for pvp once it is the migration zone.
Now I know why my peaceful river is full of Deinos recently xD. I did some testing with the ALT bite. I also enabled/disabled it in the settings. I can't feel any diffrence. How about you guys?
I can’t say it’s something I’ve ever tried but I think having to cross a lot more land as well as rougher terrain could make it more difficult. The other route would definitely be longer but you’re in water for most of the time.
I guess this is already outdated? Cooking doesn't work and the route to south river almost got me killed. But swamp seems to be bigger to the west now, so getting to south river directly seems better? I am new to the isle, sorry if this was already known
Yes this video is now outdated. I’m pretty sure you can still cook fish at least in my experience. Also with the new update if you drink a lot of salt water which can unlock a secret mutation that lets you rehydrate by drinking salt water which will make it very easy to get to the south river.
man i got to 20% growth, +50% growth rate "great diet", full food and water, got to the beach just before the lake after getting accross the ocean and died of dehydration. what did i do wrong?

You will have to look up a map online. Once you do that you can see your coordinates when you press tab then you can punch those into the online map and it will show you.

Yeah I learned that in another video, it helped going across the ocean to the south plains river with the salt water mutation
Its above 60% you’l regen your stam while walking, under 60 you wont

i you wanna find a lot of dinos go to highlands, its super active right now and there arent any safe drining spots in the lake

To get to south river why not start water access, move to highlands lake and then onto south river?
