    I have some cotton flour sack tea towels that I wanted to sublimate onto so this is a perfect way to do this. I ordered my dtf supplies yesterday and I’m so excited to try this. TFS.

      Awesome 👌 Remember anything that is white in the image it will be the color of the shirt. Choose a light colored shirt or sweatshirt.

    I love how both shirts came out ❤ I been using dtf to sublimation hack for sometime now and it’s my go to 🎉I would say that if you use parchment paper instead of butcher the ink won’t go on parchment ❤

    Are you using sublimation ink or dtf ink? Those are so pretty. Love how they came out.

    • @preciosaskreations4715
      @preciosaskreations4715  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I am using sublimation ink, but it's called DTF hack because I'm printing on a dtf sheet using sublimation ink. 😉 as you may know that with sublimation there is no white ink and for dtf there is white ink. So this is just a hack and you would have to press it on a light colored shirt or better yet a white shirt. 😊 thanks for your comment 👍

      @preciosaskreations4715  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi 👋 yes I did 5 washes and dryings and it still holding. I let it cure for 48 hours just to be safe and then I washed it the same wany with other clothing. It held up pretty well and never stained any of my other clothing. The image still looks the same. Thanks for commenting 🙂 don't forget to subscribe and share my videos❤

    I thought you had to put some kind of easy subli or glitter white first then put this on top of that to work on dark colors?

    • @preciosaskreations4715
      @preciosaskreations4715  ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Did the poly blend sweatshirt fade after washing or did it hold its colors?

    • @preciosaskreations4715
      @preciosaskreations4715  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It held its color. I washed it after 24 hours of pressing it and it did not bleed on the first wash. I also pressed it on a 100% cotton shirt and it outlasted the shirt.

    how was it after a wash

    • @preciosaskreations4715
      @preciosaskreations4715  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have done 10 washes and it looks ok. I wash in cold water and hang dry. It will last longer this way I heard. I have another one that I have done more washes and it still looks good. The shirt itself is looking used but the image has not faded. So I think the shirt will turn ugly before the anything else.

But I had heard about the" DTF hack" which could be done with the sublimation printer. So I gave it a try and I filmed it to show you guys. You will get ink smearing when you try this hack. I do mention it in this video. Sorry if I confused you. ❤

    What’s the darkest shirt to use this on?

    • @preciosaskreations4715
      @preciosaskreations4715  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi thanks for asking! It really depends on the image you are using. Canvas brand has heather colors that are somewhat light, you could try on those. Just remember that where ever there is supposed to be white it will be the color of the shirt. If the image has only black outlines it will show on darker colors better. Also choose a color shirt that will go well with the colors on the image you use, to get the best results I suggest you use pastel colored shirts. Hope this helps!

      @@preciosaskreations4715 Oh ok. So if I have white lettering I should change that color to like a cream or gray. Would that work?

    • @preciosaskreations4715
      @preciosaskreations4715  ปีที่แล้ว

      The letters should be black because if the shirt is dark color then it might blend in if the letters are grey.
