Mercedes timing chain jumped. V8 M119 engine, guides broke, chain jumped, chain stretched.

This 1996 Mercedes S500 timing chain guides broke. And the timing chain jumped. Engine ran but is shook a lot and misfire codes came up.
Customer requested to have the engine repaired with minimal investment. I recommended to replace all guides, timing chain, chain tensioner, oiler tubes, valve cover gaskets. But the customer declined. So I had the engine repaired to the best of my ability with minimal replacement parts.
Engine runs OK after repairs but the proper repair had to be done better than this.
