For me anyway, I like those games for the same reasons I like the Ninja Gaiden games. Megaman X2 even has a wind gimmick like Ninja Gaiden 2's in one of it's stages.
I got to the final boss in 1 and 2 but never beat them. I found Ninja Gaiden much harder than Castlevania 3 and Zelda 2 since the game is much faster in general. You can strategize a lot more in those but in Ninja Gaiden you need that plus fast reflexes.

Definitely agree ninja gaiden you gotta be really prepared for what’s coming up and if you’re going fast it is difficult to recover at times
5:47 that music gets my super hyped every time. What a masterpiece
Yes it does. Truly a masterpiece and it really feels you can’t fail when that shit is blasting
This game is only famous for being hard but it's just a banger overall, exhilarating when you figure rooms out and can just speed through them. I might like it more than castlevania
Liking it more than castlevania?! Now you’re going too far xd. I’m just kidding yeah ninja gaiden games are so fun when you know how to run through it. You really feel like a ninja
Ngl my nephew likes to clown on me in Smash Ultimate but i drug his ass back to Ninja Gaiden where I grew up and he couldn't even beat the first stage. He was seethin hard at me clearin it with no damage. Games pretty tight honestly. The only real hard parts are the fecking birds and the weird jumps you gotta make on the cliff level that're almost pixel perfect it feels like
yeah the damn birds. It's a different game if you master holding onto spin slash and know what candles not to hit, but Jaquio is the true test since you lose your weapon
I beat the first game while drunk off my ass once so... Yeah, title seems about right.
I’m glad someone agrees. Alcohol underrated superpower xd
OH YES I was SO hoping that it was going to be THIS game! Now I'll watch the video
I hope you enjoy! Looks like I read your mind haha
@@Imgoodurbadd dude, you're actually really good. It's like watching someone doing a speedrun, but with easily learnable and replicable strategies. I'll try to beat the game without save states using your guide. Cheers!
I definitely wanna eventually stream live but i’m very strapped for time in the moment. That is definitely goal while being entertaining and I feel my strategies aren’t insanely difficult to do but requires practice. Something I didn’t cover in the video you also need an idea of what candles to hit for ninpo and when not to hit to get another subweapon. (Let me know if you do beat it!)
good video :) and btw...there is no shame in getting the health potion of shame ;) GGs
Hehe. I have high expectations but my deathless run was riding on that. Because I hold right at that last part needed more health
Ninja Gaiden NES and Arcade series is the reason why I owned Sigma 2+ on Vita in 2016 but suddenly didn't get Sigma 1+ because Mom was very strict on videogame.
I never played the Sigma games only stuck to the NES trilogy. Are they worth playing in your opinion?
@@ImgoodurbaddSigma 1 is pretty good, Sigma 2 is vastly inferior to the original version of Ninja Gaiden 2 on Xbox, I'd say Sigma 1 is a decent place to start and that the 3D Ninja Gaiden games as a whole are some of the best 3D action games out there
Thank you for your input. Maybe someday I’ll get around to it but I’ve sunk so many hours into the og trilogy. Id definitely prefer platforming and linearity
@@Imgoodurbadd 3D Ninja Gaiden does have really cool movement and some fun platforming but it's still a beat em up at the end of the day so if you do end up playing it, I think you should approach like it's a new series as opposed to something that's trying to translate the fundamentals of NES or Arcade Ninja Gaiden gameplay into 3D
Very interesting. I definitely want to try beat ‘em ups like double dragon and I’m not sure if Battletoads double dragon counts but I beat that. I’ve seen some gameplay of the ninja gaiden 3d games but they didn’t interest me or I didn’t look into how to play them. But you’ve and a couple others definitely peaked my interest I thank you. Could be a fun stream or video topic
Someone hit him with Holy Diver
Maybe someday
Hm, quite kino indeed.
I might be a bit slow could you elaborate?
🧐 excellent work old chap
Funny shit, sub earned
Thank you for the sub! I’m glad you found it funny
Alright mate nightmare on elmstreet time lets go
Unfortunately that is a game I have not tried out so that's gonna be a while
Always good.
I’m glad you think so thank you so much
the 6:24 moment that is so me lolololol
Ayyy new content
Of course. I better see you here again soon
Another banger!! can you do silver surfer NES next?
He's not THAT good
Hi glad you found this enjoyable. Unfortunately I have not had the chance to tackle silver surfer. I definitely want to but that will be something not in the immediate future due to time constraints
Not yet but I’ll prove it whenever I can take on silver surfer
THEIR NAME IS IMGOODURBAD MY GOAT WILL DO IT
you got this
for people who hated respawning enemies, there's rom hack to fix this
Yeah but personally I’d rather play original versions of things
Now do the adventures of batman and robin for sega genesis.
Haven’t played unfortunately could be something down the line
The easiest? We're just gonna forget Kirby Adventure is a thing?
Yes
Well that was fun 😂
yo no way! The ninja Gaiden world record holder watched my video? Now that's an honor. When are you going to break Ninja Gaiden 2's record I cant wait for that
ytpooper reviews nice
liked subbed scrubbed dubbed and wubbed
Let’s go!
I beat this the old fashioned way when I was 10
Did you have Nintendo power to help haha
@@Imgoodurbadd Nope, we didn't have internet back then either :-)
Can’t even imagine. Would’ve been cool to experience the game like that but without the internet might’ve never given retro a shot.
you must practique a lot for get this level, I won that game using the whip weapon whe I find that try to never change that weapon
Yes I definitely beat ninja gaiden many times. From time to time I’ll have a bad day but still manage to get through but the important part is I always have a fun time
Unless you only do nes games try super monkey ball 1 EX Mode on the GameCube that’s a new level of hard
Yeah that’s definitely a live stream type thing and even then I have no interest in super monkey ball but early to tell
Do the Adventure of Bayou Billy.
Unfortunately I have not had the chance to tackle that game and I can’t promise in the immediate future I can do. Hopefully when I get free time I can cover that game definitely heard some things about it
now do
the 3d games
on Master Ninja
Haven’t gotten a chance to try them out. Not gonna have the time too for a good while
@@Imgoodurbadd smh you missing out on enlightenment
y’ever give alien soldier a whirl
No is that similar to contra?
not entirely but it definitely has elements reminiscent of contra, since alien soldier’s director actually worked on contra hard corps
I’ll have to check that out someday. Thank you for the recommendation
So much for "NES-hard" .
More like NES-mild with the broken/OP tools at our disposal.
Yes the developers hate this one trick. With spin slash though I’m unsure if they intended for that or it’s a glitch but either way have some fun with spin slash!
Ninja gaiden isn't hard, it is glitchy and unplayable. You need patient and deep knowledge of the layout to beat it.
What parts of the game are glitchy? You do need to know how to play the game that is true but i never clipped through the ground or something. Only glitch is sometimes when climbing ladders you just die
Okay but will it prevent my parents divorce?
Yes
w a l t e r
He had one job. One job
I beat Castlevania 1 for the first time the other day following your advice. I'd say the skeletons in that game are a worse version of the priests throwing crosses in this game.
That is great to hear! I would still say the priests are worse as the skeleton bones can’t even knock you off
@@Imgoodurbadd Eh, there are some places the skeletons could really fuck you up if you're caught off guard and don't have the axe, but yeah instant death is worse. I beat NG a few more times though, most recently a couple months ago after beating Sigma 1 and 2.
Yes, very easy for an ultra master at the game, right.
Ultra master W
have you played the master system version of ninja gaiden too?
No I have not. Is it just updated graphics? I stick to the NES trilogy(especially with the SNES version’s music)
@@Imgoodurbadd aside from the graphics, it's a different game with it's own stages and music, you should check it out sometime
Is waluigi a rizzler or a jonkler 😼?
Neither he’s a sigma
12:39🤣
Yeah idk what I was cooking thinking jaquio moves like pong
ImGoodUrBad 😢
Yeah it’s ok don’t take the name too literal haha I am good though
... No way it was that easy...
Why yes it is xd
I dont know that looked pretty bad
Yeah well that’s just like your opinion man
Like
Thank you for the comment good sir
😂😂😂
Funny how? Jk
the title is the definition of lying
Accusations. False accusations
I cant believe this lol
Yes unfortunately I have not gotten around to shinobi 3. It might be a while until I can try the game. In your opinion if you played ninja gaiden which is more difficult or even better?
To be honest, I have only gotten through Ninja gaiden 1 halfway. Eventually I gave up on it since I lost interest lol.
I cant really give you an opinion on 2 or 3 since I have never played those two. The first one was already cheap with the spawning lol
@@fmdesperado61102 and 3 fixes the respawning issue. (3 however is another case of American got the”harder” version then Japan. Definitely try 2 out it’s the legit easiest of them all.
Ill give it a try. Ill still be looking forward to your videos in the future regardless of what it is.
This video could have been better if you stuck to only ten year old memes or older. The new memes have gone downhill. The M-bison one was well timed.
I just do what I find funny. Sorry
Nah this games are hard, you probably died constantly and pretend you didnt.
I have plenty of deathless footage but I’m coming out with courses soon on how to beat it live. You could enroll :)
@@Imgoodurbadd l actually just wanted to mess with you for fun, its been ages since I played Ninja Gaiden but it was a hard game as a kid and as an adult I doubt I can get back into them.
@Pollote56grueso yeah of course man. Playing a bit too. The whole point is satire(of course I still know this game very well) Definitely give it a try again it takes practice and of course use spin slash hehe
@@Imgoodurbadd Yeah man, I totally love this kinda vids keep em going.
Thank you I appreciate it. I love doing this btw I released NG2 so check that out if you like :)
I totally agree. I literally beat this game on the first try. I put it in the ninteeko and I pressed start and bam! I beat it.
W
5:28 YOU WHAT!?
I can't believe I've been playing wrong this entire time💀
Well that’s what I’m hear for haha
5:47 Yeeees...
Oh you know it
the 6:24 moment that is so me lolololol
