SOLO Winter Camping in Glacier National Park - ASMR

- With it being my birthday weekend, I took a visit to one of my favorite places in Montana - Glacier National Park. Due to the colder temps and it being winter, the small portion of the park that is open is often desolated. I was able to enjoy a solo meal on the lake and take in the stillness/beauty that it offered. I hope you enjoy this ASMR camping video!

I love Glacier National Park. Most beautiful place in the wintertime.
It truly is!
Love your videos! Always so relaxing! Thank you!
Thank you Quincy! Glad you find them relaxing :)
Beautiful
Glacier is literally the best place in the world. Never been there in the wintertime but definitely plan on it. Less people seems peaceful to me.
It's amazing year round for sure, but it's always crazy to see the difference in the winter vs summer. The dock and shoreline would have been packed in the summer. Literally had it all to myself during the evening and morning.
That was awesome video , really miss lake McDonald ❤
Thank you!
This is sick! I want to go here!
How does man only have 5k subs? Heater setup looked toasty
Appreciate the kind words! Really trying to grow and push out some quality content 😁🙏🏽
This is amazing!! Saw it come up on my feed while I was at work and was looking forward to watching it! Glacier National Park has been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. Enjoyed watching the beautiful scenery and yummy food!👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it! You def have to check it off the bucket list this year :)
Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks for the support and watch! 🙌🏽
new diesel heater setup is cleeeeean
Super clean. Very stoked with how it turned out. Ideally once I get a swing out, I would love to just mount the diesel tank on there.
Another stellar video. Its motivating me to finish my coffee and prep for a week long trip in Utah. I definitely what to check out that Kalispell/Marion/Kila area. If not this April then maybe October.
April may not have much open but October would for sure, depending on when the snow hits. I spent the the the last weekend the park was open in October and it was stellar. Very minimal crowds and still amazing views!
Not sure if I'll make it North this spring. I wanted to take advantage of the 'dry'-ish winter. But it may have to wait Til October-which can be a unstable month. It depends what Mother Nature wants to throw at you. @@hunter_pauley
I need to do some more camping outside of Utah
Planning on doing some down there this March!
Loving these videos man!
Really appreciate it! Love making them and sharing these experiences with you all!
Love your videos! 😃 🇸🇪
Thank you 😊 🙏🏽
❤
Beautiful up there in the winter. No people. I was going to go down to the Ruby this weekend.....but man the wind is brutal !! Thumb's Up !!
It was extremely peaceful with it all to myself! I was lucky as there was no real wind when I was there 🙌🏽
Thanks for the camp cooking lesson. I’m planning on getting myself a cast iron pan soon and trying out steak for my next camping trip. Turns out I have that SeatoSummit bowl; good to know I can cook pasta in it.
Heck ye! Cast iron cooking is a game changer. And that is the sea to summit pot with the metal bottom. Works extremely well and packs down small.
Steak look so good
It was super tasty! Have dialed in the cooking on it a lot now. 🤙🏽
I thought for sure you were going to due a Polar Plunge. 🥶
Thought about it for sure!
How do you like your Super Pacific compared to a GFC? Your meal looked great, cooking outside can work great if you know what to use.
It's been fantastic thus far. I actually have quite a few upgrades that I have done just this past week in the bed of the truck that I am truly excited for. Should see a glimpse of that in the next video!
Seriously you need a warning label not to watch these before dinner I’m so Hungry now.
Haha! That meal was one for the books too. No recipe needed for that one :)
Assuming your rear auxbeam is always on? Any affects from the backlight power draw of the switch?
As of right now it is. Planning on eventually putting in a kill switch but I have the panel brightness on the lowest possible. No issue with it.
Nice job on that steak….
Thank you! I feel like I have dialed in the process quite a bit now :)
Did you have to do a bunch of research before going to glacier for spots/regulations?
Glacier is minimally open this time of year so there isn’t much research that needs to be done. In the summer time, it’s a different story.
Does that duckworth sweatshirt smell of fire after the camping?
Every piece of clothing usually does. The duckworth really isn't any different than my other jackets/sweaters.
If my clothes, dogs, trailer, and truck dont smell like campfire afterwards , Ive done something wrong.
@@erickaesman4001 real talk haha 😂🙌🏽
There’s no shame in getting a chair
You’ll see I rock a Nemo stargazer in my other videos 🤙🏽
