Boy I think you've sold me on this. Does Descript/Squadcast record each participant remotely to reduce the likelihood of connectivity issues? This is something I like about Riverside but, generally, I'm not a big fan of Riverside for a number of reasons. Thanks for your helpful videos - very much appreciated!
Great question! I think they’re both great. The biggest difference is on the editing side, so if you know you want to edit with Descript, SquadCast is a perfect choice (for no extra cost). If you’re using another editing tool, then I think I’d go with Riverside. No one right choice, both great!
Melissa has used and enjoys both. Currently, she uses Loom for internal communications as well as providing walkthroughs and replies to students inside her programs. Team Wit & Wire

Great question! Yes, SquadCast uses multitrack recording, i,e. separate recordings for each guest.
