    Great and helpful video! If my goal is to create one course and see if I can run a FB ad to it to see if it works, seems like Systeme or Thinkific might be the best options? I also have no audience, so this is all on 'trial' before I put a budget in place...

You can create different Spaces for different topics, and it's much more customizable than a Facebook group. @@witandwire thanks for this.
      Im trying to give them more chances. Its good to start out but for me its unacceptable in 2024 that some of the features dont work.
      What is even more unacceptable is that a video lags and cut out. Customer success has been responsive so that is a good thing. Id just like to jump on a call with them but this is not possible if you are not using the most expensive plan.
      I will have to switch if they dont find a solution for the lagging videos. Its kinda bad :
      Roughly 15 students out of 20 have reported video issues. Some of them click on "next lecture" and it brings them back 8 steps behind.. which is just unacceptable for me for a product im selling.
      Video idea for you : do an updated thinkific vs teachable. Im really on the edge between these two right now and most videos are old! We need a real quality updated comparison like you do. Big thumbs up.
      TL:DR : you rock

    Hi there. Thanks for your description and content. My question is I'm trying to build a course that is a mix between written content (like I would make in canva as an ebook) that has a voice over of me as they read, as well as videos. I want to upload videos of Instagram hacks that I've recorded at the end of the course. Is there a way to incorporate both of these styles in one of these courses? and which one would you recommend for that? Thank you!

    • @witandwire
      @witandwire  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Great question. It sounds like you need a platform that can have written, audio, and video content, which all of the platforms on this list can do. The lessons might look a bit different, so it likely comes down to personal preference rather than capability. I hope that helps!

      @witandwire  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You’re welcome! And great question I haven’t tested HighLevel much personally yet, but I’d be curious to hear about others’ experiences.
      My hunch is that it’s fairly similar, likely with different strengths and weaknesses. (I’d say that for any platform comparison.) For example, they likely have a stronger CRM than Kajabi, but I’m not sure how their other features compare.

    • @witandwire
      @witandwire  หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you’re looking for a platform with community, email marketing, and memberships, it sounds like you’d be looking for an all-in-one platform. Our top rec is currently Kajabi: witandwire.com/kajabi
      That doesn’t mean it’s truly the best pick, since every business has their own unique needs assessment. So beyond that, I’d recommend testing out 1-2 platforms from the video and seeing which suits your needs and preferences best.

      Great question. I’ll add the idea for a Skool review to my list, but generally, they are direct competitors with a lot of similar features to Circle.

    @witandwire Just a heads up, I want to use your Kajabi link for 30 days but your link is pointing me to a different trial that tries to get me to do the mid tier package. I only want the beginner package so I can't use your link. Please provide me with a new link and I will use that for the 30 days and get you paid. I appreciate your content and want to help

    Hi, the links you've provided don't work. I've inserted my email 2 times and haven't received anything yet for either the toolkit or the master class. Would be better to actually have a download option instead.

    Can't figure out what system is best for me. I produce spelling videos and App for Dyslexics..
    I'm producing hundreds of videos.suscribers pay at different levels e.g
    Free material
    Basic 30 videos a month
    Standard (more)
    Full (more)
    Educational (higher sum for group access).
    APP ...
    Are we looking at a LMS ? 🙏

      Great question. Although I don’t offer free consulting for individual businesses, I recommend comparing your list of requirements against the platforms you’re considering.
      There’s a subtle difference, but usually LMS platforms are for education and B2B platforms, while course creation platforms are for B2C businesses who sell online.

    While Teachable's price point is very similar to Thinkific, unlike Thinkific, why do they additionally take a cut with their transaction fees? Seems unnecessary 😢

      Since I don’t work for either company, I can’t really comment on why they’ve made certain pricing decisions. (I know that’s not what you’re asking.) But I agree that it makes Teachable’s current prices both slightly more complex and slightly higher.

    These prices might be nice for those already with a good flow of revenue, but for someone starting out they are a bit much. Every business seems not to realize we are already paying per month for numerous services because EVERY business as bought into the horrible subscription model. Its greed, and nothing more and frankly I'm beyond sick of it all!!!!!

      I'm not sure I get the reference, but if I speak too quickly or too slowly, you can use the gear icon to speed me up or slow me down.
