Excellent review Micah! I really dig this generation of the Wrangler and the refresh is pretty solid except for that price. At that price might as well buy a used G 550 at least then you'll have slightly better reliability and a non hybrid powertrain in a Truck that can either go off road or blend in at your local Whole Foods.
It’s too bad Jeep/Stellantis is refusing to listen to their buyer base because judging by all of the comments here and everywhere folks are talking about their products there is one constant theme, they want waaaaaay too much for these things. There’s nothing they can say to honestly justify what they are asking for their products, especially when there is more competition than there used to be.
No one pays retail - I own this exact vehicle and it’s so much fun. No one here has any idea wtf they are talking about. Average discount is $15k-18k. Which makes it very reasonable
Land Rover is the status symbol brand. Jeep has lost their core market and is why Wrangler sales have tumbled 220K to 150K per year. Almost every other SUV has increased in sales because it is the hottest type of vehicle on the market.

Telluride and Palisade are bargains and barely had any price increases in the last 4 years. The sooner Stellantis goes bankrupt and gets split up, the quicker Jeep can recover under new leadership.
I don’t get it, why do people always assume that a 2 door that has the same engine, the same tires the same suspension all the same tech the same number of rows of seats MUST be cheap by comparison to the family model?

I have the 24 4XE Willys. My wife loves it. Electric for the short trips around the house and the new mechanical rear locker on the Willy’s model and K02’s now
They drive like boats, overpriced, low quality roof regardless of trim (dont care if its made for removal), and made by a company who had cars in the 2000s that explode when rear ended and didnt care to recall them despite the govt begging them to recall them. And after years of backlash they made it an optional recall So never touching a jeep product ever But ❤ u micah great honest thorough review as always
For that price range, the interior looks sub par with cloth seats, alot of plastic, outdated, and the fact you can see the exterior white color of jeep on the inside does not sit well with me. Jeep is definitely going down hill!

$70k for a Wrangler is absolutely insane.
The head of Stellantis is out of their mind!!! They are in luxury territory, BMW, lexus, and Mercedes are the same price.
But people will pay it- or just get a Bronco.
Jeep have to come back down by at least $25k-$30k.. Then they'll be awesome.. Right now we're just getting robbed buying these.. my 2c

Great review, I just do not get this vehicle as a daily.
I have a soft spot for Wranglers, but way too many 4xEs end up being lemons, the pentastar V6 isn't amazing but is stout.

2 door recommendation is kinda silly. I think the best trim bang for buck is the Willys.
