Reszon Diagnostics International Sdn Bhd (Rezson) is a biotechnology company established since 2010 to develop and manufacture a range of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) rapid test kits and ELISA kits in its ISO13485:2003+AC:2009 certified facility for medical professionals, consumers, and clinical diagnostics market worldwide. Reszon’s IVD rapid kits which allows rapid and early detection of infectious diseases such as Covid-19, dengue, typhoid, malaria, lymphatic filariasis, and even drug abuse are being marketed worldwide.
During the national and global effort to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Reszon rose above the occasion to develop a Malaysian-made COVID-19 rapid diagnostic kit under the brand Salixium to meet the current demand for rapid and accurate detection by medical professionals, organisations as well as the consumers. In order to meet the high market and production demand, Reszon offered hundreds of job opportunities to be part of this cause.
Through the Biokerjaya @ My Future Agro programme, an initiative by Bioeconomy Corporation, which provides training and hiring incentives to employers hiring the fresh graduates and unemployed, Reszon was able to hire and train many biotechnology graduates and job seekers to be part of their cause.
