Patient specimens (serum, plasma, or whole blood) can be collected ANYTIME of the day. A negative result means the test did not detect the specific IgG4 antibody to Brugia malayi and Brugia timori. Rapid Test results obtained should not be the sole determinant for clinical decisions. Those with active filarial infections typically has elevated levels of anti-filarial IgG4 in the blood, but disease development may vary among subjects after infection. @@millarkoliver918 Hi millark oliver, the instruction for use require us to use only the second drop of blood will leads to reliable values since the 1st drop blood might be contaminated with alcohol used for disinfection before starts the test.

@@reszondiagnostics3470 how bout after using alcohol pad and let it dry I used the gauze to wipe it again to make sure that is dry . Then I pricked my finger , squeez it and wipe the first blood using the gauze and use the 2nd drop and even the third drop. It that accurate ?

@@yogurt5426 不好意思迟回复了。 对的，如同影片中3.09分处显示的一样，如果你得到的是无效的结果，建议你可以使用全新的试剂盒再次进行检测。

样本中的气泡不会影响测试结果，不过，如果使用的样本量不足，可能会影响样本在检测卡的流动。 您可以让提取管静置 2-3 分钟，然后将混合的样品溶液滴入检测卡中， 过程中请确保您加入 2 滴混合样品溶液就可以了 =)
