I haven’t seen other reviews talk about the foam insole working with the leather insole on these. I wonder if they’re using the same manufacturer as the much more pricey Chisos boots? That’s the only other heritage made brand I know that specifically designed the last sizing to accommodate for the foam insole. Thanks for the thorough and honest review 👍
@@MemphisCorollaS I have owned 2 pair of chisos and those insoles are completely different and specific to those boots. They were very squishy but they just weren’t for me. I still like a solid feeling under foot. My chisos felt like walking in high heeled Nike sneakers lol. Thanks for commenting. God Bless
@@siulesojayol2736 I believe they only offer D and EE which is unfortunate. Hopefully they will produce more widths in the future. At least a B and a EEE would be a great addition for sure. Thanks for commenting and watching. God Bless
Mine are on the way. I expect very highly of these boots. I hope the leather is nice and thick and will last til I'm dead through mud, snow, and water.
Heck yeah. I think you’ll like them. The leather thickness is very good in my opinion compared to other cowboy boots. It’s still nowhere near as think as the PNW work boots but that’s to be expected. Thanks for commenting. God Bless
@@justin3209 they have held up great so far. Absolutely no problems and wear them quite a bit. That being said I understand what you mean. Hondo is time tested and built the right way through and through. I would say for a more traditional feel go with Hondo. For a little more “modern” feel go with JK. Both are similarly made just with different focuses. Thanks for commenting. God Bless.
Hey brother, JK Western is NOT made in Spokane Washington, they are made in Mexico. But they are all leather, high quality, and they are made traditionally.
@@bobkin611 I know that and I thought I said that. If I didn’t that’s my bad 100%. I was trying to say their work “PNW” boots are made in Spokane. Thanks for watching and commenting. God Bless

I was worried about it not being wide enough for my feet. I think the buck would be a better buy just because of that
Ive been wanting these for the longest, but they don’t seem to offer wider options anymore. I keep hoping they’ll release wider options.

how have these held up for you? I like how they look but am hesitant to buy them instead of from a brand that has more history like hondo
