Ducati has a recall/ exchange program for the rear brake and brake lines of the Monster 821 models from 2014 to 2016. Did you check? My Monster was serviced free of charge by Ducati Berlin, and they replaced everything for free. Now it works as intended.

Thanks , but It was not the case of saving money, I simply couldn’t find the tool online 🤷‍♂️ all the splines were too small when I looked😅
