I know I'm late getting to this and probably won't see it but... the mostly short version for the green eyes and visor, which yes you were right they are related: in the show after the Transmetal event occurred Tarantulus' body was, "off" so to speak, B.A. goes looking for him, uses the visor to "communicate" sort, of, guess you could think of it as "VR" like Lawnmower Man or something and through this "possesses" B.A., that's what the green eyes are, even sounds like him when he's talking through her. He does this to save himself, his body through controlling her and even once he's back in his now Transmetal body, still is able to control her somehow for quite sometime. Like I said, mostly short (98% accurate, might have omitted or slipped one thing up but its close enough to the backstory) but I remember this stuff all too well even now still thought I'd put it out there, didn't notice anyone else explain it.

For this kind of plastic, use RV Window silicone spray lube. Its meant for sliding windows on RVs and buses. Go to a parts store or truck stop and theyll know what you mean when you say Sliding window silicone spray lube. It shouldnt damage paint at all, or any plastic or aluminum.

9:49 the green eyes and visor are from the the start of Season 2, when Tarantulas is possessing her and uses the visor and his tech to transfer his consciousness back into his transmetal body. Even afterwards though, he could still take control of her like a puppet. He held her hostage for like half the season until she threatened to detonate unstable energon point blank and blow them both sky high unless he severed the connection.

Everyone talking bout the THICCNESS on the spider when we should talk about how Coppa made Jobby make the channel only for BIG BOYS!
As a little fact, the green eyed face and visor that attaches is from the final episode of S1, "Other Voices" if you don't remember. She used the visor and the cable with it to get the info from Tarantulus' brain module to gain the info from his "corpse" so she could configure the rest of the escape pod for primal (who was not going to be in the pod if you have watched the show) And the green-eyed face is to replicate when Tarantulus talked out of her and helped her get his Transmutated body back to his lab and obtain it.

The MP Best Wars are amazing!!! I hope we get a Silverbolt/ Quickstrike or even a Rampage figure. If they were to do Silverbolt and Rampage, a fun little Transmutate that you make with both figures would be cool too. Point is, I hope we see a lot more fun stuff for the MP Beast Wars line. Also that Bumblebee looks like trash and makes me sad.

Grab some silicone shock oil to loosen those joints! It’s typically used on R/C cars to oil the shocks (which are both plastic and metal) so it works perfectly. I used some for the ratchets on my MP Dinobot to help with the should issue after I shimmed it.
I’d recommend a heavier weight (basically means that it’s thicker in consistency) just so it doesn’t leak all over the place. I think the one I had on hand was 60wt and worked just fine. Your local hobby shop should totally be able to help you out!

For anybody interested in or concerned about dangerously tight joints on plastic figures i personally use
weight 80 silicone shock oil. this has served me well and actually rescued Masterpiece dinobots left shoulder ratchet from
destroying itself. So yeah, my advice to anyone having difficulty with a very tight joint which you are afraid will break, i suggest lubrication.
Caution, avoid using any sort of carbon/petroleum oils typical of metal components as these lubricants damage plastic.
Silicon Shock oil is made for the lubrication of plastic components in RC vehicles specifically because it will not ruin the material.
I am not certain how silicon shock oil interacts with all polymers and similar materials.

Just got this figure today, it looks great! All the joints hold nicely for posing and the spider mode even holds together great

at our house we give her an A+ 10/10 . we are glad they clearly prioritized her robot mode over the spider mode (which i think still looks great anyways.)
