My year period on a grill and my buddy who worked as a chef for like 15 years cemented the fact I don't want to cook for a living. Too hot, too greasy, you always smell like the food afterward. The times going out after a shift were very fun, though.
I just opened my second restaurant and still love to watch your service. Thanks guys for the great videos, I hope that it gets more people to wanna cook and be part of the restaurant world.
Came here in March on a friend's recommendation while I was in London - easily my #1 food recommendation during my stay. Super cool that I can keep up with you guys on YT too. The food, the drinks, the service and the atmosphere all top notch! I'm not sure I would have the cod's head again at 1:46 (sumptuous but a bit too overwhelming for me lol), but I would definitely love to come back and explore more of the menu
I wish I liked fish. After getting a load of bones as a lad from a fish at the local chippy, I've never tried any type of fish again. 50 years later and I still haven't. The same as milk, at primary school in Lancashire many years ago they gave me a curdled bottle of small milk, never touched it since. Brilliant video and those ribs look ridiculous! Will have to plan a trip to London.
the pass videos are really enjoyable to watch, ive said this since the first one. its a shame they arent longer shame its not more often however what's surprising, and others may not realise. these videos compared to the first one do i think 1/4 the views that their other videos, and im now guessing thats why they dont do these pass ones on a weekly or fortnightly basis. or maybe, if they did do them on a regularly basis, just like a tv show, people would provide more views to them.
Not like the high end restaurant i would work in, our head chef had a lisp so he drooled in every meal that went out yep he was in the food business for 50 years. Probly drooled in a million plates of food
I kinda miss restaurants. But imagining doing it everyday and cleaning at nights makes me come to my senses
lol agreed.

Massive service. Would've loved a longer vid. They are soooo good. Love them.

I kind of love how confused I am by this banter
I could watch this for two hours, except the cod's heads.
Mate get the clicker sharpies, they don't last as long but they are damn handy to have
That could not of been easy to do, appreciate it.
Love to see a tightly run kitchen video! They might buy chef retractable sharpies and never fumbling to put a cap back on.
Fun to watch and I noticed that I use same pencil marker at my work that the chef uses at the orders 😮
I got recommended this but I don't know what it is but I'm excited
its a chef preparing orders at a restaurant in London. that stuff you can see is called food.
I’m on the same page as you man
I get anxious just watching.
Oh nice, you’ve got third person camera work too now?

Idk the views on Fallow vids really vary. 3 months ago a POV cooking vid is sitting at 300k+ views. Burger challenge last month is only 60k.
@@broshmosh no, im talking specifically the pov on the pass.
These service videos are so good
What camera is he using for taking this kind of pov videos?
Food is life ❤
나도 이 분처럼 되고싶다
I think this Restaurant will go into history and become a Kult Classic.
question : Do i have to make a reservation to become a table ?
I will be here someday 🙌🫡
Nice nice, hope it"s a long video :D
I know right
I miss Fallow
I'm certain Will is tethered to that black cloth.
When is the new restaurant open?
What is the sauce that you top the cods head with? Thank u.
It's their Sriracha house sauce. They have a video about their Cod's head on the channel.
Come on chef, 30 mins we need longer vids
It's not glamorous but could we see a end of the night closing of the Restaurant?
in the restaurant i work at a sharpie wouldn’t even last the length of this 20 minute video without getting nicked 😭
Chef Gump

Shouldn't the girls be wearing hair nets? Or anyone with over the shoulder long hair?
That was disappointing short...
Food on the floor several instances ..
