As awesome as this product is, I’ve been turned off by their customer service. I ordered this exact product since November last year, and still no update whatsoever. I’ve tried reaching out to them via email and social media accounts but to no avail. I’m aware that back order waiting time is 3-4 weeks. But it’s been 10 weeks since my order. And at least reply to my messages ORE. Smh.
