- In this gentle 25-minute yoga flow, I invite you to join me in shifting your inner dialogue to something more positive and supportive. I know how easy it is to be your own harshest critic-I’ve been there, too. But yoga is a beautiful way to step back, notice those patterns, and start to rewrite them.
We’ll move mindfully through poses that help you reconnect with your breath and your body, and I’ll guide you with affirmations to remind you of your strength, worth, and potential. At the end of class, we’ll settle into a short meditation to plant seeds of kindness and self-care in your mindset.
This practice is for all levels, so come as you are. Let’s take this time together to reset, recharge, and leave the mat feeling refreshed and empowered.
