I respect and admire the New York fure departments that still have the old fashioned lights on their apparatus even years after terrorists attacked their city on a clear sunny day on 9/11/2001 because they are, in a way, paying homage to their fallen brothers and sisters by not trying to switch over to the strobing lights.
@@TheResponder Yeah, my department has never done that. First due units arriving first are always the last ones to leave even if it’s an all nighter. Sounds like a great policy to me.
