- Getting used to my little sister being gone because she now has a baby has definitely made things harder caring for my mom.
Obviously my dad and I are still here in the house, but its been difficult. I still try to make the mornings as enjoyable and filled with laughter as much as possible. Shes so happy, i was a care giver for my mom for eleven years ,she also had dementia , but she would say she didnt need her walker and every two minutes she would push oxygen off her nose and wear it as a head band or tell me she didnt need my help or tell me she didnt eat five minutes after a meal , so exhausting it aged me by ten years but i would do it again i loved her so much i miss her everyday and i would get frustrated with her and now i feel bad about that🦋

My mom also had a doll..she loved feeling like a mom again..she had alzheimers too..God bless you for such good care of your mom..her smile lights up our hearts..im sure she was a great mom...blessings on you and your family..you are doing an excellent job❤❤
My mother, in, law also has a dall and a pram she keep in her bed room ur so kind to ur mam and so young to take care of her my husband and I take care of his mom she 85 with alsimers 😍😘
Y'all are so sweet and precious. The Lord put the calling on me 24 yrs ago for dementia/ Alzheimer's....such love and compassion for people with those disease. Your Such a Beautiful Caregiver for your mom .❤
Watching and learning. My Mom was diagnosed a year(ish) ago. She is 'moderate' now. So hard to watch Mom's confusion. She is showing signs of the angry dementia but still in only small windows. Thank you for posting these videos. Very helpful!

Keep being strong! Your doing the HARDEST thing you'll ever do but it will leave you feeling that you wouldn't have changed a day. My father and i also took care of my mom. Ten long years. Not a single regret. So much love and respect for you. Not everyone cann endure this or even do it at all.

Trotzdem Respekt für euren täglichen Umgang mit so einer einschneidenden Erkrankung für alle Beteiligten!
Es fühlt sich für Angehörige oftmals an wie ein Abschied zu Lebzeiten.

Just started watching your video 's of your mom. My mom also had dementia. She has been gone for 7 yrs. I miss her everyday. It was hard to watch her fade away but she always kept singing. God bless you and your family!❤

Please don't make them feel bad if they do eventually have to put her in a home. This kind of work can be absolutely exhausting. Plus I'm sure their mom would want them to have a life and families of their own .
plus some people have to work a job. my mom is in assisted living for this reason. it is not very good

If I had dementia I wouldn't want to be seen by the whole world. These videos make me so sad It is an offense to human dignity. Obviously this is my thought
It helps other to understand more about Dementia.
There are other ways to educate about dementia. Filming this woman for all the world to see is a serious violation of her privacy and dignity. She obviously is not capable of giving consent to be filmed.
Need to lower her bed, its to hard for yyo get on now.
Please CONSIDER how your mother would really feel about being photographed and dicumented in this condition. She would be embarrassed no doubt. I know this is a money maker for you but . . . .
