My mom has PPA and has progressed beyond this state. Her mumbling is now gone and I can tell she’s not trying as hard to figure out who I am anymore. I never thought I’d actually miss a phase of this, but I guess it’s hanging onto every little bit you have and wishing you could have any ounce of that time back. Your mom is so lucky to have you! Cherish every second with her. You’ll miss even some of the bad days as time goes on. ❤️
What nice shopping trip. In general I'd rater have someone else do my shopping, but I do what I gotta do eh? Also idea for the transport chair, they have these gel cushions that are lovely. Tgey fit the chair and aren't too thick and have many choices of covers so they don't look medical. They really are lovely.

My mother was horribly abusive and let her husband be abusive to me. I avoided her completely for over 20 years. Even so, I made caring and compassionate decisions for her when she got sick. But if she had become like your mother I would’ve put her in a care home.
I can see that it would be so hard because it is obvious when she gets back in the car that she wants to communicate something with you and you know that you can’t understand. Just probably guess. I’m sorry that you can’t hear her say I love you back to you. That would be so tuff.
You 2 are like my kids. You look so much alike. I had a miscarriage so I would have had 3. I know they probably would look like my 2 I have. It is cool to me! Especially when kids look just like there parents and each other.
At what age was your mom first show sign before diagnosed with dementia? If you dont mind telling me , the reason why I'm asking because I was recently diagnosis with moderate dementia I score a 10 out of the 30. Next step I have to is go to a neurologist ..Thank you and God bless love watching your videos with your momma..❤
