This story is such a powerful reminder not to judge someone based on their job or appearance! People often overlook those who work behind the scenes, but they can surprise you in the most unexpected ways. It’s inspiring to see how strength, resilience, and dignity can shine through, no matter the circumstances. Kudos to this lady for standing her ground and showing everyone her true worth!
This story is truly inspiring and serves as a powerful reminder that, as human beings, we must value ethics and show respect to others, regardless of their position. I recall when I started my career at a brokerage firm, taking my first challenging steps before gradually advancing to become a fully qualified insurance consultant. It was a journey that demonstrated my passion and dedication to my work, even when others didn’t always understand or agree with the path I chose. Now, in retirement, I look back with pride at the achievements I have accomplished in my life. I am also proud to see my son, who, like me, has chosen the path of education and success.
Very interesting story and there is a lot to learn, people must be respected no matter what position or what job they do, whether you black or white, every worker is important to that company 🙏
Some of the care homes in the UK treat black employees very badly. The politics that go on is alarming. If the manager has a nursing background, they are nice, but the carers who have done NVQ are very mean. If they are reported to the union, these white supremacist managers have loyal white carers to lie to protect them. If they frustrate you, you only have to resign. A lot of blacks are suffering in the UK at our workplaces. Hospitals don't do that but care homes. Hmmmm
What an awesome story! I worked for a large corporation but we had a labor union that not only made sure we were treated fairly and with respect but also held us accountable for how we treated the company as we were to abide by and uphold the corporation’s policies .
What an incredible and inspiring story! I deeply appreciate the effort put into creating this video, which reminds us of the power of patience, respect, and quiet determination. Nancy's journey from being overlooked to becoming a symbol of change is not only heartwarming but also serves as a powerful lesson about human dignity. Thank you for sharing this meaningful content, and I wish everyone watching this video many wonderful moments of reflection. Keep up the fantastic work!
This story is both satisfying and eye-opening! It’s empowering to see someone rise above stereotypes and prove everyone wrong. But it’s also a reminder of how deeply unfair assumptions can be-no one should have to reach a position of power just to earn respect.
I. Found this story inspiring and as people we must know that values are most important and respect other s no matter what position they carry. I once worked in a brokerage and started from the bottom, I gradually went up until I became an insurance consultant with full qualifications proving that I loved and respected my position even when others did not agree with what I was doing, I have retired now and feel proud of my accomplishment in my life and today I have a son who is educated like I am
When are the racist realize that they are the stinking ones and the problem of many societies. I pity the writers of this kind of stories, dont you have any other subjects like funny or harmonious ones. I am too old and tired of reading or hearing this kind of topics. God love us all regardless of who we are. Black and white is only pigment of the skin and one wont live without the other.
Years ago I was at a sewing conference. I was 22 with long hair. That day I was wearing a dress without a ribbon in my ponytail. The ribbon company man asked me why and I said I didn't have one to go with my dress. He laughed and said go cut one to go with your dress. He was not a salesman or area manager. It was the owner of the company that sold ribbons all over the world.
Really inspiring story. Amazing how Nancy Walker, calmy, bit by bit bought shares to become majority shareholder as she worked as a cleaner. Quite a titan for Titan Industries Nancy was.
I like the bravery of Tyrell. Oh what a story. We see why single mothers do not tell some of their children who they are. They are afraid but look at God. They made it
Judging someone by their job reveals more about you than them. Power isn’t in titles-it’s in character. Let’s value people for who they are, not what they do
Awesome, powerful. emotional. This is a story that has been told to me many times. Not this story in particular. Growing up in a segregate American and overcoming speed bumps based on race is demoralizing. But it can be and has been accomplished in my lifetime. INSPIRING
Over n over n over again repeating n then repeating again over n over. I think we finally got it. Thank u Nancy for getting rid of those nasty creeps 🥴
Behind her unremarkable appearance, Nancy had worked at Titan Industries for many years, she was familiar with every corner of the building, from the luxurious conference room on the top floor to the storage room where people left forgotten things. The hard-working woman received contempt in return. How unfair.
From the appearance of a cleaning woman to the disciplinarian of an unexpected CEO. Rise to a powerful position in a company is not taken for granted. Disrespect and dishonoring those whom you are responsible for supervising show a level of arrogance. Dome unlikely female stepped in to make those subtle, yet necessary corrections
The saying is, don't judge a book by its cover , nor people , I surprised a few , it makes me happy to know we are who we are..would be a good day if we were polite to one and other be nice it doesn't cost anything
Managers, Directors, Supervisors, and Racists, should take the lessons from this story because you never know if some secretary is having affair with the president of the company; once telling him to hold your horses. True story.
I just just wanted to know all the departments and get knowledge, some they thought that I was a fool, but I was a single parent and things were tough at that time, I had to wake up at 12 in middle of the night to study to persevere to get what I wanted and my has to get his education as well.
So glad nancy walker didnt start classes to train . Rude people no what and why they act the way they do. Only thing needed - do as i say or get the hell out
The man that owns the fleet of apartment complexes where I live and in other states, looks like he needs a loan just to buy some more clothes. He wears the same type clothes everytime I see him, cargo shorts, nice casual brand name shirts and Ozark type boots. So it's important to treat people right because you never know who your real boss is or whose put in place to watch and listen. Could be that gentlemen in the dirty clothes and farm boots that walks through every so often. Could be the lady with the messed up green colored hair. Be Careful!!!!!
Bullshit. Company does not give a damn about the personality of a professional, company pays 1000 times more for him using his skills for profit then anybody could be payed to just tolerate the presence of toxic person.
Always becareful what you wish for.. my life in a foster well was treated the same. But I will not say what happened to her. Not dead ok. Just an embarrassment to the guilty

I love this story.. It was and is powerful 😊..
Thank you very much!
Beautiful ending filled with Nancy self discipline and humility.

True meaning of patience and focusing on your goal. Very inspiring.
Good on her. No need to treat people like dirt. Every body is important and has a job to do.

This is so true .
Great listening
Good story.
Thanks for listening

BRAVO 👏
Good for her. They needed a wake up call.
This is a monumental success... A day that all have known that equal standards are what a successful company needs in oder for it to flourish.
Yes, thank you for sharing.
PERFECT CLIMAX
Actions speak louder than words
06:52Emma was the only one who saw Nancy's value from the start. Really admire her perceptiveness!
She is a star
Over n over n over again repeating n then repeating again over n over. I think we finally got it. Thank u Nancy for getting rid of those nasty creeps 🥴
Great story
Thanks for listening
Wowwwww lesson Learnt powerful story Wowwwww
Don't judge a book by its cover for you don't know who you maybe talking to
Now, that is what you call an true intelligent person.😊😊😊😊
Well done😊
Nancy was observing
Wow if only people can learn from their mistakes.
I am in Ohio, I love these awareness stories.
LoL 😂😂 THEY ALL might've went home and had a drank😊😅😅
😅😅
I ❤ this story it makes my belly sweet one ❤
Wow, thật là một diễn biến tuyệt vời! 🙌🏾 Thật không thể tin được khi thấy ai đó tự đứng lên vì chính mình và kiểm soát câu chuyện của mình.
Arrogant people there are they are in every company
No matter what learn to respect one another without their title or reputation
Why would you treat the cleaners bad? Doesn't make sense.
Yes, and a soggy salad at that.
Behind her unremarkable appearance, Nancy had worked at Titan Industries for many years, she was familiar with every corner of the building, from the luxurious conference room on the top floor to the storage room where people left forgotten things. The hard-working woman received contempt in return. How unfair.
Well it is interesting

Why are there these yellow flashing emotions on the screen?
Good story, please get your narrator and close caption in sync and correct the too many errors.
Too much repetition of the descriptive words. We get it…Nancy is the most powerful person in the room…
There is consequences for racism that will not be pleasant
Wow
The saying is, don't judge a book by its cover , nor people , I surprised a few , it makes me happy to know we are who we are..would be a good day if we were polite to one and other be nice it doesn't cost anything
Are the stores are talking about are they true
Way too much word salad, same descriptions over and over again.
So
I’m hoping this story is a metaphor for the rise of Kamala Harris to the most powerful office in the world!
Think not
👍
Is that a mean face cloud on her arm? What is the meaning of that? Seems as though she has been labeled by the author 😮😠🙄🙏🏾💖
I think the cloud was for the executives face blocked by Nancy's arm.
Why hadn’t the CEO changed the bad management before the major shareholder had to come in and kick butts?? That’s his job isn’t it??
Is this even a true story
Managers, Directors, Supervisors, and Racists, should take the lessons from this story because you never know if some secretary is having affair with the president of the company; once telling him to hold your horses. True story.
No . 🙂
Your story is good but if you can Dramatize please “
Never judge a book by its cover 🩵🩵🩵
Drawn out with a lot of repeats I almost stopped watching
There was too much repetition of same statements seemingly to buy time.
Maybe the boss's mom came over to clean up just for fun
Kept saying same thing over and over
Too much repeating. If the repeating stopped you could add more to the story.
🎉
Far too much repetition and wasted time. Nancy walker would have fired you!
Why wait "many years"?
I just just wanted to know all the departments and get knowledge, some they thought that I was a fool, but I was a single parent and things were tough at that time, I had to wake up at 12 in middle of the night to study to persevere to get what I wanted and my has to get his education as well.
❤ 👍🏽
Why does he say the same thing in 20 different ways
Very repetitive
Sometimes, it takes repetition before it sinks in for some people, unfortunately!!
Boring.....same ol...same ol!
Such poor writing. Narration is pathetic.
So glad nancy walker didnt start classes to train . Rude people no what and why they act the way they do. Only thing needed - do as i say or get the hell out
Very repetitive story. This all could have been slammed up in 20 minutes
Repetitive and drawn out, entire story could be told in less than 10 mins. Absolutely ridiculous dont waste your time.
👌👏👏👏, Cannot disagree with you 👌
That's AI for you! 😂
Ain't no one asked you to listen 😂IJS I enjoyed every word.
No one made you continue to listen to it 😅

Does emma know from the beginning that nancy is something else?
I. New. Nursing. A t. My. Job. Nice. Nursing. At. My. Joe
OMG, 3 years later you get to some substance! 45 minutes to tell a 4 minute story
@@sssssnakeeeee1 hello turn the channel or your choice keep whining. Ew
These stories are very superficial and extremely poorly presented
Misspronouncing words distract from the story.
Ha ha
It’s not pronounced Teetan it’s pronounced Tietan. Thanks.
