This is the first video I’ve seen. I have had unexplained left sided stomach pain for 4 years. I went to the ER over thanksgiving with severe explosive pain and my lipase was over 500. We have been able to correlate my pancreas pain episodes with my period and ovulation. It typically happens 5-7 flats before my period I get severe pancreas pain. I have cysts all over my spleen. My gall bladder looks clear. My pancreas and intestines are inflamed. I have an “urgent” gastrointestinal appointment but it’s not until October 2024. I desperately need for relief. I’m a mom of 5 with a disabled veteran husband, and I’m suffering much of the month. I’ve been gas lit for years and told a million different things and nothing has helped. But we have been able to narrow down to this point- with just a few labs and imaging. But haven’t gotten the endometriosis diagnosis but this seems to fit the bill as far as symptoms. My pain did subside in pregnancy and postpartum.
This is wild I’m having both an endo flare up and a pancreatic one too it’s so awful thank you for posting this I’ve found only one scholarly article on it

Thanks I need to do research because I have endo I just been diagnosed with epi now I’m soon to get a cat scan for my pancreas
