Hi everyone! I hope you’re having a flare free day. In today’s video, I chat about all things painful periods! Sometimes when we chat with our friends or go to the doctors, we hear “you suffer from painful periods” or “you’re one of the unlucky ones with a painful period” - but what does that truly mean? How do we know if our periods are normal or truly in the “painful period” category? This video dives into all things painful periods!
