- Good morning everyone! I hope you’re having a flare free day! Today’s video is a week 2 recap of my 75 hard challenge! I’m attempting the challenge while living with a chronic condition (endometriosis). The challenge requires two 45 minute workouts daily (with one having to be outside), 10 pages of a non-diction book daily, water intake daily, no alcohol, and a healthy and nutritious meal plan followed daily.
Luckily for me this week, the Run To End Endometriosis event was taking place! It was amazing to see so many supporters at the Ottawa event and to see awareness grow! I include clips of the day and my overall thoughts on how the run went!
