Hi everyone! Thanks so much for being here. This was such a huge job for me. The narration goes dodgy at times when I had to re-record certain bits and I may get a little repetitive from time to time as it was hard to edit my 28 page script! But I hope you like the video!

To many contradictions for me to believe that it was the Egyptians that built the pyramids, no wall art or hieroglyphs in any of the pyramids no sut on the roofs or the walls to indicate burning torches which is what the Egyptians supposedly used, no pharaoh or body ever found in the pyramids and why are the near enough impossible to make granite bowls and vases only found in one pyramid and nowhere is in Egypt? To think that a fledgling civilisation would build there greatest monuments at the beginning of there dynasty and then not build anything bigger and better throughout another dozen dynasties is ludicrous..

Hats off A2! Your work is exceptional. Here is what puzzles me: The Great Pyramid
    1. It weighs 6 million tons
    2. It’s footprint is 13 acres
    3. It’s more than 755.9 feet along each side
    4. It’s 480.6 feet high
    5. More than 2.5 individual blocks of stone
    6. It is locked into the Cardinal dimensions of our planet
    7. It is targeted on true North within 360th of a single degree
    8. It incorporates into its dimensions, the dimensions of our planet
    9. I you take the height and multiply it by 43,200 you get the polar radius of the Earth
    10. If you measure the base perimeter of the pyramid accurately and multiply that measurement by 43,200 you get the equatorial circumference of the Earth.
    11. The scale is not random, the number 43,200 is derived from a key motion of the Earth, which is called the precession of the Earth’s axis.
    12. The Earth wobbles on its axis very slowly at the rate of 1 degree every 72 years.
    13. 43,200 is a multiple of 72; 600 times 72
    14. So; they’ve given us the dimensions of the planet on a scale defined by the planet itself
    15. There are 70 ton blocks of stone raised 300 feet above the ground
    16. It has eight sides
    17. It has expansion joints
    18. It is located at the exact intersection of the longest line of latitude and the longest line of longitude
    19. The builders possessed highly sophisticated knowledge of mathematics and geometry.
    20. Had knowledge of the true dimensions of the earth to extreme precision.
    21. Possessed exceptionally advanced technical instrumentation to site The Great Pyramid.

Just to be clear: the reason average lifespans we so low in the past was almost entirely due to high infant mortality. Its not that "life was short". Odds were, if you didn't die in childbirth or as a young child then you'd probably have lived to be elderly...and there was lots of old people around back then to prove it. Its a common misconception that an "average lifespan of 35" means that people didnt make it past that age very much which just isnt true. They could basically live just as long as us. In the modern age we've slightly extended the limits at the end of life, but not a lot. Increasing lifespans are mostly due to massively decreasing infant mortality.

    • @morkusmorkus6040

  • @kawasakikev8905
    @kawasakikev8905 3 ปีที่แล้ว +30

interesting theory with some great interpretation of existing anomolies , however i have a couple of issues with it , firstly the underground unfinished chamber doesn't seem to fit exactly with your theory . If it was contingency plan one ,i would have expected it to be finished and ready to accept the Pharoh should his life be cut short before the second contingency plan , the queens chamber was available , this might sound like a small issue but your theory suggests they were mining the tunnels and building overhead at the same time . Block 23 ,the longest block , doesn't seem to be placed far enough into the proto pyramid to have been used as a structural member , all the extra weight of the exterior pyramid is using block 23 as a lever more than a structural support , agin a small point , but if they were clever enough to remove the tura limestone blocks to extend the shaft then they would have used the longest block as a proper conection . The saw cut marks in the floor blocks are also a strange thing to do , if you know the blocks are going to be used at the end of the shaft and could be visible , you certainly wouldn't use them as supports to cut other blocks on , this adds a weak point to the block right in the middle of the floor between the wall and roof block , right where all the extra weight from above would be concentrated . i also find it strange that the shafts , one of the most important pieces of the Pharos last journey would not have been straight , it seems unbelievable that they wouldn't factor that into the original design , also i would have expected the shafts to be hermetically sealed throughout their length . Finally ,Gantenbrinks door and it's lowering handles , if the handles were there to remove the block should it be necessary , it would be hard to remove as the handles are not central and pulling on them would cause the block to wedge in the shaft ..... sorry if i seem to be dismissing your idea ,i actually find it fascinating and entirely possible that you could have come up with a solution to the mystery they were just a few points i noticed . thanks for the upload ,

      @marcoscorsolini8803 3 ปีที่แล้ว

That is exactly what I was thinking. Plus, the King's Chamber and its shafts still are within the supposed proto-pyramid, so I wonder why they would do that...it is a lot of extra work, also avoiding the grand gallery. And, at what point one decides to go to the next step? Quite risky. Plus this would be an unicum, as far as I know.

🔸Studies have shown avarage age was only 30-40 because the chance of dying between 0-5 was very high. After that, one could get "old".
🔸This is not explaining any of the amazing mathematics (phi etc), and why any of the texts never talk about that or demonstrate if it was so important and they could master it in such a beautiful way.
🔸This is not explaining any of the amazing tool marks, how they worked with so large stones, neither how they moved stones.
🔸There is 0 evidence that they had any other evidence than primitive tools at that time. That is accepted in science based on what we know of the time period.
🔸They have tried to move smaller stones on boats of the time. Was not successful.
🔸They have tried to build a small pyramid with modern tools. Not successful, and broke down.
🔸How the egyptians did it is not explained in detail anywhere, not in text nor pictures.
🔸The perfect stones are not explained.
🔸Water marks on the sphinx is not explained.
🔸This is not explaining the perfect 8 sides.
🔸Just because someone is taking credit for building something, does not mean its true. Look at Trump. Or any of the other history in egypt (they where known to remove names, replacing it with their own)
🔸Air shaft theory/increasing size theory was interesting. But does not in anyway connect the pyramid to Khufu, neither date the pyramid.
🔸Testing of organic material just demonstrate that it was in use at that time. Its not possible to date stone.
🔸Wood passing trough stones (cast theory) is not explained.
Just some examples of the mysteries. I do not believe in the power plant theory, neither the water plant theory. But there is no other evidence than small amounts of text that supports Khufu building it. Do we believe everything we read on Trumps twitter account? No. We need "hard evidence". And we simply does not have that. And never have anyone been able to demonstrate how they did it.

    • @Usumgallu
      @Usumgallu 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

And this comment only brings up old myths by Sitchin and von Däniken, which have proven wrong dozens of times.
      1) Transportation of stone for 900 km is not impossible. If you can load the boat, it doesn't matter if the distance is 50 or 900 kilometers. There are documented cases in Egypt of moving far larger (even a 1000 ton!) stones than the ones used in the pyramid. There's even an unfinished obelisk cut from granite where you can easily see how it was done step-by-step. I recommend the book by Dieter Arnold titled “Building in Egypt; Pharaonic Stone Masonry.”
      2) It has been demonstrated several times that granite can be cut by using flat copper saws and quartz sand. See above.
      3) Why the flattening the foundation is "impossible"? This was done for every single palace and temple. It the case of pyramids, the area is just larger. Giza plateau is just soft limestone, and it was not even flattened completely.
      4) Glad that you said machine-like and not machine. The techniques for polishing granite (and other hard stones such as diorite) are well documented and experimentally tested. Only thing it takes is some time and patience.
      5) It is well known that the Egyptians were capable of doing the calculations required to build the pyramid. There are several books about the subject (Richar 1972, Couchoud 1993, and especially Wirsching 2009 which focuses on the pyramids of Giza). The tool for making practically perfect angles is even known by its ancient name: "merkhet". Also the north-south alignment is well studied and understood. Only thing it needs is careful observation of stars from several vantage points.
      6) Are you talking about the erosion hypothesis or Schoch's version of it? Because several other geologists have observed the same weathering (see papers by Punuru et al., 1990; Chowdhury et al., 1990; Guari et al., 1990; and Guari et al., 1995) and none of them ended up in the same conclusion with Schoch. Heavy precipitation is just only ONE of the many possible causes of the weathering. Most geologists do not share Schoch's view, but instead explain them as exfoliation caused by salt crystals due to hydrostatic pressure. This phenomenon is well documented in similar environments as in Giza and it does not require heavy rainfall.
I'm really disappointed in people who still in 2021 do not understand the difference between science and fairy tales. Literally hundreds of peer-reviewed papers are just a few clicks away, and yet you cling on these fringe theories and claims that make absolutely no sense. Please.

Commendable . However, your hypothesis of tools used to cut and work the different types of used stones doesn't make any sense, especially in the +-20 year time frame. There are numerous examples where they (lehner and others) try and cut stone using sand and saws. It's just not possible to do all the work in the proposed time frame. Also, the human hand is not as steady and as a result cannot create the conditions to make cuts with very flat surfaces. I hope you are open minded enough to work together with engineers who can assist in trying to create a more viable explanation for the creation of the stonework we see before our eyes, especially in the Kings Chamber. Final point, what is your perspective and idea about how they raised all those blocks?

Hi Matt, I am a Patreon supporter of yours and always appreciate your throughout nature. However, I disagree with your Khufu's tomb hypothesis for the following reasons:
The evidence that this was a tomb does not satisfy the burden of proof and is flimsy at best. Especially the explanation for the shafts. Why don't we see these in the mud brick burial mounts that you say the pyramids evolved from?
What about the structures incredible alignments, like the fact that it is 3/60th of a degree of true north and is 8 sided and clearly has solstice alignments?
Why would Khufu go to the enormous trouble of making the pyramid 8 sided?
Why would Khufu place it in the geographical center of the earth's landmass? How could he have surveyed the planet, designed the pyramid and then have it built all in 20 years?
How could any civilization advance that quickly in their knowledge of math, engineering, physics, stone masonry, megalithic transport in just 4 short dynasties? I think you are forgetting just how impossible this structure and a project of this magnitude really is, for then and now.
Where are the precision tools from Khufu's time that can logically be said to have built the pyramids and responsible for the cut, core, saw and polish of the stones that match the saw marks, drill cores and other tool marks that are left to this day?
Finally, why would Khufu bother encoding so many measurements of the earth and also mathematical formulas into the very structure itself?
I know you have written off most other theories of the pyramid not being a tomb, through your research, but don't default to the tomb theory just because you have proven other theories wrong. You have failed to satisfy the burden of proof needed to call the Great Pyramid a tomb.

  • @RM-fi5em
    @RM-fi5em 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    OK,
There are 4 constants that have not changed and will never change. Example:
    1. Time - One second today was one second 4,000 years ago.
    2. Weight - 1 ton today was 1 ton 4,000 years ago.
    3. Gravity - Gravity is the same today as it was 4000 years ago,
    4. Force - The same amount of force to move any same object today is the same amount of force required 4000 years ago. And force is really the missing piece to our equation. What force was used to move objects 4000 years ago? Best example to use is; sending a rocket ship to the moon. We calculated how much force it will take to lift a certain amount weight and to overcome gravity. And then we built the right mechanical device to make the force happen.
Back 4,000 years ago, someone understood the calculations of force. We need to discover their understanding of force. The reasons why so many people say Alien technology. Is because the force required to move large heavy objects back then does not make since. Using 500 - 1000 people pulling ropes, just does not jive with creating a mammoth structure requiring precision engineering.
And this goes for any ancient mammoth structure.
    Time -
    Weight -
    Gravity -
Force - What device was created to generate enough force to move weight and to overcome gravity?

I question the fallback plan idea also, but I believe the king's chamber having a flat ceiling may have been the superior feature that also required the wait displacing chambers above it.
Although the unforeseen death argument does seem reasonable to me, it seems like a lot of extra work to make fallback chambers--work that could have been dedicated to getting the primary chamber done faster. It also seems weird that the lowest chamber was so unfinished compared to the queen's if it was a fallback for the queen's chamber. it's as if the builders weren't making an effort to get it done first, so could it have really been a fallback for the king to use if he died before the queen's chamber was finished? The tunnel to nowhere out the back of the bottom chamber also is unexplained and I feel like contradicts the theory.

Not seen your views on the causeway yet and the enormous 120 ton blocks. To build that excavating cutting levelling etc getting flatness using bronze chisels is a mammoth task yet building the pyramid.
OK will see it through as you may cover this. Perhaps you can explain the jigsaw blocks which are identical in construction to those in Peru and elsewhere were made by Kufus workers who obviously if you are correct sailed the seas to construct the massive walls in Peru.
What about the 1000s of pyramids found all over the world did Kufu build those as well.?
You also ignore the geologists who state that Kufu couldn't have built the Sphinx.
Have you not considered that the Egyptians found these Pyramids and adopted them is that beyond your thoughts.
      What about the Serapeum?
Your next project should be to prove the Egyptians built them to house sacred bulls.
Anyway it seems you feel its all about the God's I remain unconvinced and where the hell is Kufu. Why build that bloody great heap of stone and not be buried in it.
Why call it the Kings and Queens chamber.? Who named it? My optiion is Kufu adopted it as it was there and that would explain the mastabas around it.
You can always fit your belief in the religion to answer anything. After all God formed the earth in 6 days and a lot of people believe that.
Finally are you saying that the pyramid isn't a mathematical scale model of the earth's dimensions. The Egyptians scrawled their writing over everything where does it satly anything about the construction.

Thanks for a clear-eyed assessment of the available facts. I spent my whole life marveling and imagining about the great pyramid and ancient Egypt. When I finally got there and crawled/climbed to where the sarcophagus was, I never questioned for one second that I was in a tomb.
The alternative theories are intriguing BUT the GP is obviously the crown jewel of a huge graveyard. That's astounding enough for me. The whole experience of the ancient monuments of Egypt was more mind-blowing than I ever imagined.

It's solved.. All ancients followed the Sun West to see where it was going and then as far as possible East to find where it was coming from.. Eventually they all settled on the longest East West land in their location and built structures based on the angles of light to contemplate the Sun further. Stonehenge is in the center of the longest East West in England. The great pyramids are on the longest East West of the entire planet. The Mexico pyramids are also on the longest East West once we include the scattered island and anywhere people can travel. Stonehenge faces their summer solstice sunrise, and the great pyramids face their winter solstice noon Sun. The very moment the Sun crosses the horizon line was the most important moment in time. The loop on the ancient handbags is a depiction of the Sun crossing the horizon. The rectangle bag is the same shape as cartouches, doorways, and the sarcophagus. The three handbags at Gobekli Tepe face East and depict the Sun rising on the line summer, equinox and winter. The key to solving ancient symbols and metaphors is to know lower light shines higher and higher light shines lower. The Sun near the horizon is bent due to refraction into a special oval matching the oval sun disks with wings and also relates to squaring the circle. Place a rectangle around half of this oval Sun and it is the same rectangle again matching the sarcophagus. In other words, when the Sun is equally divided in half on the horizon.. if we place a rectangle around it, it will match the shape of the sarcophagus which is also facing East and West. And when the Sun is crossing the line its light is shining higher, which is why the kings sarcophagus is higher inside the pyramid.. its the light of the Sun crossing the line. You can also see this effect as the Sun is setting you will see its light rise higher and higher on your wall until it crosses the line.

Just an idea: what if the Pyramid was meant to be shared among descendants of it's primary builder/owner?
If they believed that pharaoh soul goes after death to heavens, they could put the deceased body into the sarcophagus, do prayers etc. and when they believed the soul ascended and became another celestial body, they could move the "empty corpse" to a grave, possibly in a hidden, secret place, so no one could never desecrate it? This would explain why the interior of the "Kings Chamber" has no cartouche, inscriptions, hieroglyphs etc. and looks very different from the known king's graves. Could it be meant as a reusable construction or appliance, like a bathtub, a space shuttle, or a palace?

  • @FrankGlencairn

I guess it's more complicated than this. "Chnum Chufu" means "may (the god) Chnum protect you" and it was something that was written all over Egypt as a kind of lucky charm (like over doors and such) - so "Chufu" is much older and can allude to a lot of things, depending on the context. The Giza plateau - for example - was known as "achet chufu" - which means "protected area". You could also say "chufu" instead of goodbye, which means "be safe/be protected" - so yeah, it may take even some more research.

As the saying goes "when the facts change, I change my mind"
This is a very impressive piece of research and your findings do seem to show that the great pyramid was a tomb all along and as much as I would like to believe some of the alternative theories this has convinced me for now.
That being said, the mystery is still not over. Having been fortunate enough to have been to Giza twice and seen the great pyramid in person the scale of its construction as well as the craftsmanship of the stone work still looks beyond the technology the Old Kingdom Egyptians are believed to have had. It just doesn't seem possible that a copper age people could have done this. I was intrigued by your previous video showing evidence of iron mining at Giza. Would the use of iron or steel tools (which would have long rusted away) be the best explanation in your opinion?

25:00 There's also an interesting document from 1100 BCE where a grave robber named Amenpanufer confesses robbing a pyramid (a tomb), and even explains how he got away with it without any punishment. This text is discussed in Lewis, J. E. 2003. "The Mammoth Book of Eyewitness Ancient Egypt". Running Press.
52:00 That's a very nice theory! I have a very similar idea to this, but I think the pyramid was not extended, as it would have been extremely difficult afterwards. The reason why the shafts of the queen's chambers do not reach the outer layer of the pyramid was probably just that the builders decided not to continue them when the king's chamber was finished. That's why their ends coincidence in height with the roof of the king's chamber. The blocks with copper handles may simply have been covers that prevent rubble falling into the shaft and blocking them, as they would have been impossible to clean. I think that the blocks were placed there always as soon as a new portion of the shaft was constructed. When the shafts were extended, the blocks were moved. Ultimately theywere just left on their place when the building of the lower shafts were canceled.
1:23:00 This theory about the hidden ceremonial passages is absolutely fascinating. It would be a discovery of the century if we actually could find these passages.

To increase the size of a pyramid you don't need to extend all sides, two or three sides suffices. Fitting the incremental build hypothesis, this might have been done at first. They would have extended the south side, and then, looking from the east (like in most diagrams of the pyramid) the king's chamber seems to be exactly in the middle! To complete the pyramid they extended either the east or the west side, leaving the king's chamber off-center looking from the north or the south, but they also could have extended both sides, leaving the king's chamber exactly in the middle! In both cases, the north side could be left untouched, with the added benefit of not needing to reconstruct the entrance!

Very good work and indeed a very solid attempt to document and justify your claims. One thing is left, though..... and that would be an explanation on how they did it. I mean technically.
I was towards the idea that there is more in the Great Pyramid that meets the eye (not aliens), perhaps an earlier but since long lost period of Egyptian history. Still your video today brings things (for me) back to what mainstream has been saying all along. Regardless, though, it seems rather unlikely that the Egyptian did it with the knowledge and technology we are giving them
credit for. They must have been far more capable with techniques and / or tools we cannot imagine.
