BBQ meatballs

Ready for some amazing meatballs on the BBQ? For the meatballs you will need 1kg beef mince, 1kg lamb mince, 100gr dry breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 soup spoon of olive oil, 1 soup spoon of salt, 1 table spoon of ground black pepper, 1 table spoon paprika, 3 soup spoons freshly chopped mint, 1 soup spoon of dry parsley. Give it all a good mix, let it rest in the fridge for an hour and then shape into 5cm diameter meatballs. For the glaze you will need 2 soup spoons of tamarind sauce, 1 soup spoon of honey, 1 soup spoon of water and 1 soup spoon of olive oil. BBQ as per the video and enjoy!
