I was on a budget, so I went with Raceland Ultimos coilovers. Have own them for almost 3 years now only issue were blown rear shocks and mounts replaced with OEM haven't had problems since then.
Best content man! So let's say i had already gotten an alignment and the mechanics had changed the height of my adjustable springs in the rear, i want to put them low where i had them just about half inch or maybe an inch lower. Would i need an alignment again? Thanks!
I've had these all season on these Alberta roads. Filled out my warranty too late so if they break I'm fucked but they managed to last this winter season
bro, the stock mazda is low as it is: i can't even drive on irregular roads without slowing down to a crawl. If that car went any lower i wouldn't be able to leave my neighbourhood with it lol.
@Colton Richter So I Just installed High Performance MEGAN RACING Front and Rear Lowering Coil Springs I dropped the Height 1.5" x 1.5" inches I'm still sitting on stock 16" wheels I will be getting 17"-inch rims do you recommend me getting Front Adjustable Sway Bar End Links, along with Front & Rear Control Arms along with some Adjustable Rear Camber Arms? On my 2007, Mazda 3.
do you have any recomendations when it comes to lowering springs for a 07 Mazda 3s hatchback? I want it to be low, but not have to worry too much about rubbing with 8.5 wide wheels.
I'm ready to lower my 2018 3 sedan with CorkSport springs as well. Will an alignment fix the negative camber or will I need to to purchase camber plates and camber arms?
Hey brother I need help with tuning my 2011 Mazda 3 sport hatch I have a msds header with cat delete I only have 1 cat also have a magnaflow res delete also a dc cold air intake everyone is saying go with Cobb but we both know that won't work how do I tune it thanks bro
I’m so mad order rev 9 coilovers and I got sent the wrong ones they didn’t fit someone help me get the right set of coilovers for my Mazda 3 sedan 2007
Hey man just got a mazda 3 2.3L would you recommend getting a short ram intake i use the car as my daily driver and everything is stock at the moment id like to get a cat back exhaust but dont have the money right now but i could cough some up for the intake i just want it to sound better and maybe give me abit more power. Also was womdeirng if you ever experience the tires “bumping” when going over rough ground almost feels like my wheels are hopping around suspension seems abit loose when i push down on them probally the suspension but just wanted to see if anyones experienced this
I would focus in fixing your issue if it deems to be one before spending money on something that won't benefit you. Intake's are useless for these cars if you're not going to be tuned and adding other bolt ons, all your getting is a woosh sound and a little better fuel economy
Colton Richter thanks man i appreciate the advice i decided to just get the resantor deleted for now than fix the suspension but when i picked it up i noticed the check engine light was on, any experience with that?
Teet Suckler they probably chopped 02 sensor cords, engine light always comes on after exhaust work, the car is engineered and wired to run stock oem exhaust, you need proper ecu tuning my guy you cant just cut shit off and screw stuff in and boom, you gotta tune ecu its not made to run those mods mate, buy a mazdaspeed or spend a shite ton tuning yours, i have a 07 2.3L 3 aswell, shes stock and healthy as ever will still more than enough pepp
I had that hopping n bumping feeling going over bad roads , n I found out that my 07 Mazda 3 , had bad wheel bearings after 250K miles of ROUGH city driving 🤠
Your video is the one I found that actually explains what to do. Thanks. I bought springs for my mazda 2. First mod!
Yes, I love the Mazda 2's!

Yes
TIP: if you guys are scared of spring compressors like I am you can clamp the spring down on a table clamp when tightening or loosening.
That's bunk 😂😅

H&R are a favourite!
How much did you lower it by?
What do you think about Manzo Lowering Springs?
No experience with them, sorry.
Nice....on my to do list. But only when I'm working again😖
I'm ready to lower my 2018 3 sedan with CorkSport springs as well. Will an alignment fix the negative camber or will I need to to purchase camber plates and camber arms?
With lowering springs, a basic allignment should be able to take care of that.
Excellent! Thanks! Keep making these videos. I've really enjoyed watching and appreciate what you are doing to inform the Mazda community.
Help how will I lower my rear I have a Mazda 3 2009 hatch but the rear doesn’t have springs
Awesome vídeo. 👍🏻🔰
I’ve been stuck for several hours trying get the strut into the knuckle
Prying that knuckle from the back has always worked for me with little pressure from jacking it up as well.
Nice.
What are some decent options for front splitters

What happened with the bc racing coil overs??
They're on the Speed 3 🙂
should i lower my car before i put a new exhaust pipe on or after?
That's up to you
how do you fix it if you snap the rear shock mount thread?
You have to strip the trunk & chisel out the top welds. Drop a bolt & nut in.
@@ColtonRichter do I need to remove the rear seats?
No, strip the trunk.

Check out forums, it's been awhile since i've looked at tuning for the N/A Mazda 3's. Forums will have information for you there 🙂

those 3rd gen wheels are 16 inch?
Check 1 or 2 videos ago. Enjoy
i am scared to do this myself i feel like i will mess it up and not have a car for a few days😂
Start on early Sat morning, and have an extra set of hands. Worst case scenario you have two full days :)
What's the size of the mags?
These are only 16"
whats the name of the set again?
It's a CorkSport Strut & Spring combo
