    Hi Annette, we have coleslaw every week. I usually add celery, red capsicum, spring onions, red and green cabbage, parsley, carrots. It is also nice with fresh beetroot grated and kale. Sunflower and pumpkin seeds are also nice. I put the dressing on the side as unfortunately I can't have eggs, but the others can. I usually make a dressing with olive oil, seeded mustard ,Apple cider vinegar salt and pepper and a little honey. The other day I added fresh ginger!! Yum yum.

    Hi Annette! I have been binge watching all your videos. I am really excited to follow you! I ordered your Nutrition Manual yesterday from Amazon. I would like to make this coleslaw today. I went to your website and could not find it in your recipes. Could you please tell me how much apple cider vinegar and celery seed you used ? Thanks so much ! 🥰

    Hi Annette loved the video, thanks. Just one question- is mayonnaise a healthy fat? I have heard so much against it as a bad fat. But I do love it so would appreciate your opinion. Thanks so much. Pat

    I grew up with Mayo. Mom hates miracle whip. Sorry! I think because granny always used Mayo too. She put raisins and marshmallows in her coleslaws. Same as you, no sweetener, just sweet ingredients. She put the rainbow 🌈 marshmallows in for the kids at family pickniks. Always more fun that way.😊🎉

    What I would add to this coleslaw: Kalamata Olives, Onions, Garlic, and maybe some kind of hot pepper like habanero or scotch bonnet.

    I love coleslaw but my family doesn’t. I have learned that what I can’t eat in 2 days needs to be made into sauerkraut.....just add a pure salt and ferment in the corner. Then I add a little to my salad.

    You make it look so good. However, I can't stand coleslaw. It's not the vegetables but the sauce. You left out the sugar and I think that is what I don't like about it. Is there a substitute dressing or sauce that can be used?

    Hi. Thanks for these videos. They are really helpful.
    Mayonnaise. I have no idea what miracle whip is. Grandma made her own a few times.
    I have 1 question: does the Bible have a 'food pyramid'? I'm thinking veges are at the bottom, but not sure what else. Thanks.

    • @TheBiblicalNutritionist
      @TheBiblicalNutritionist  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Man creates pyramids God create good.
      If you look at the foods most talked about it was grain and vegetables
      Fruits
      Last was too much honey or sweets
      Meat was on special occasions
      Hope this helps.
      Ps the grains were perfect in design and the perfect traveling food

    We appreciate the colors in our fruits and vegetables which r really excellent. Why we do not appreciate the varied colors in human nature, we always think one color is better than the other? Does God love this? Lots of talk about God and hating our fellowmen is a terrible sin. How can we love the things he made and hate the highest class of His creative power?
