𝟸. 𝘜𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘢 𝘳𝘶𝘨. Don't use a postage-stamp-sized area rug. The rug should be substantial enough to show that this is the foyer, and when you're stepping off that rug, you've entered the home. ⁣
