Also, and listening to your video, another thing that I did not do was follow him around, chase him down to prove that he was doing the things he was doing. There’s nothing to prove he knows what he’s doing. I know what he’s doing. All that would’ve done was fed in his ego, and continued feeding in to this false sense of self that he would have gained because he would’ve used that as me groveling lowering myself lowering myself. and my standards of behaviors that are completely beneath me narcissists like to see people cry, and they like them to grovel. Do not try to prove a damn thing. 😊.
The problem of narcs is not that they are vile by nature, its their underdeveloped neural ports to dopamine and seratonin. For example a narcissist cant get high of off ecstacy, google it and you will see. They cant emphasize because they cant make use of their seratonin pools. The way to fix them would be to activate those neural ports to the seratonin pools in their brains. Its like the term BCI(Brain Control Interface) where you have levers, knobs and buttons to control your mood.. they cant do that because they cant control it. If you have read anything about NLP(Neural Linguistic Programming) you would also know that their manipulation methods are low class versions of NLP, whereas someone advanced in NLP can super easily win any fight. Narcissists in my personal experience with extended family are six-year-old children in their mentality. They have little to no skills in negotiation with anyone. They hate to "work things out" with those they desire to be superior to, they must win over others to feel good about themselves.
Thank you Rebecca You are 110% correct And bang on with your words. I was in love with one as a 19 year old, at 22 I figured him out on my own. I am , I think a super empath and believed in ME. He put me through hell, I was young and Innocent. When I finally saw him as a bad person/evil and controlling, I ended it abruptly. I said to him point blank in a calm voice... Your not worth the ground you stand on! GET OUT! Don’t come near me again or you will be GOD DAMN SORRY! He just stared at me in disbelief and said nothing and didn’t move , he was so shocked by my words! One last statement from me sent him packing! Remember my dad was a sniper in WW11, When I tell him what you did to me, he will be here within 48 hours, you’ve seen his Rifle with the scope! I know where you work, live and where your family all are, you won’t even see it coming ! One last... GET OUT! He jeft He never came near me again but he called me on my birthday, easterChristmas and New Year’s Day for the next 50 years ! When I heard his voice I would say sorry wrong. Number and hang up every call ! He never stop calling till he died at age 65 a terrible death. Last call was Christmas he died 4 weeks later ! I am in my late 70’s. I have a happy marriage Beautiful children and grandchildren. Best thing I ever did was get rid of him!

My best support was God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. They are still my support at the age of 66 years, two months and 27 days as of my comments. Watching narcissists is an atrocity to see self destruct and they think they are abusing a person with their assets. It is better to give than to receive. The more I gave, the more blessings were bestowed upon me. Not getting love back from narcissists made me go inside myself to examine my own being while at the same time seeking God’s truths. God never failed me during those evil times. God gave me strength, love, peace, joy and resources and assets. Narcissists need God. I do not want negatives to happen to narcissists via me. Whatever God will do is in God’s own timing.
Nah the only time my narc could feel i truly hurt with them because it was whenever she could tell i knew she didn’t love me and she would get so frustrated and mad at herself which never happens she thinks most the time she can’t do anything wrong but she got mad and said she is sorry she can’t love me or anything it was genuine like fear, anger, the whole scale hit her like a brick out of nowhere. It quickly faded into her Harley Quinn laugh but these buttheads feel and stuff they just prefer not too.
@@husqrok im.sure that they wish they were different. Some ppl get hurt bad as a child and had to shut down those feeling to protect themselves. Now they dont know how to get it back. Some ppl , it takes a long to to feel safe to love and trust someone. Then when they think something is off, they panic and pull back. Emotional abuse and a parent that are not emotionally available for their child and to validate their feelings can cause this to them as they grow up. Don't hate the ppl like that. Sometimes love and understanding can help them overcome it. Im not saying to be a door matt. Just be accepting. If you can't handle them to be in.a relationship with , then they are not the right fit for you. Just move on and dont be nasty. That never helps anyone.
Yes, I destroyed many toxic workplaces. I realized I overengaged with the job and overhelped other people, so I left the workplaces without goodbye or handover 🏃🏢 As a result, they became more chaotic and projects got stuck.
And I successfully isolated a toxic coworker. First of all, I saw through his weakness is a huge fear of abandonment. Then I let him do what he wants and I don't care about it. Finally, I ran away from the job. Other team members also walked away from the job leaving him alone.
Also as a Super Empath I can be in church and KNOW wholeheartedly that the people (men) who are staring at me from across the room or turning around like a rubber neckers in service to spot me way in the back are narcissists looking to feed!! So many have told me of my radiance, my inner beauty shining outward, I have a powerful energy that feels comforting and safe, I been told that they see angels, lots of angels camped out around me, that I have a huge aura around me like I’m in a bubble, ppl have stared at me (a stranger) and confessed out loud “Lord, I know I need to go back to church”, or people watch me enter a room and they all watch me walk across the way to sit… a guy told me “You catch every eye, but you don’t pay it any attention”, “The men line up to have a chance to just talk to you” then I started paying attention and he was right. Lots of sickos, dark energies, men and women just wanting a bite out of me, just wanting to experience me. Needless to say I don’t go out much anymore and definitely not after dark. The prowlers are very thirsty and if there’s alcohol around they definitely have to use it to get a closer look 👀 at us. I don’t accept drinks… I don’t drink. That can piss them off quickly too. They don’t have a chance. It can be very dangerous. So now I don’t go places that have alcohol because if they get drunk they can come on their hardest and when they don’t move my needle they become more of what they are… enraged and can become physical… trying to pull my arm to take me out of staring eyes to prevent them from seeing their pleaing and begging and my turning them down for every thing they are offering (fantasies and unicorns 🦄) They don’t want to be seen or embarrassed so they go crazy… other men have to grab them and pull them off of me and away from me. I’ve learned to protect my energy by not engaging with ppl stuck in my magnet 🧲 because they are usually very sick. 2007 I used to go to T.D.Jakes church and he warned the congregation “Don’t date ppl in my congregation because the people coming here are very sick”, “they are coming to be healed” So now I can’t unsee the dynamic of the world and this Super Power that God has given us and how it affects ppl around us. The hate, jealousy, the monitoring spirit that beg for any words, actions to use against us or beg for old clothes we don’t want “to donate to charity” no they will use them for witchcraft. “Things hold energy” We are 100 times smarter and stronger than them but we have to keep it under wraps and just watch the watchers. ❤😂
I have worked with a few narcissists. The first sign I pick up on now is that they watch you and every single thing that you do. I feel quite unconfortable with them taking mental snapshots of every tiny thing that you do. After I see this the game is easy and they are included less and less in any relationship with me.
Codependency Anonymous and Therapy for many years finally pulled me out of the quicksand of attracting Narcissists! I finally got it and saw the whole routine of triggering me and then playing the "Gotcha Game" where I ended up feeling crazy and wrong. I was trained as a child with 2 alcoholics to believe I was always wrong and not lovable. Once I realized that wasn't true my world has exploded. I am 72 and my husband is 80 and I am divorcing him. He can't trigger me anymore and seems to have shrunk away. Can''t wait to be on my own. I feel like I finally got to the top of the mountain. They can't hurt me anymore. I really think Narcissists are evil considering the one's I knew wanted to destroy me.
I’m so happy for you! My sweet mother left my narc dad at your age and I remember her telling me that she felt like a bird out of a cage!! She went 13yrs single, enjoying her grandchildren, then met the love of her life! Thank God she was able to be happy in love for 15yrs before he passed away. My mom passed 5yrs later from a broken heart. She waisted 27yrs with my ungrateful dad!! Many Blessings to each of us!! 🙏❤️

Actually, it looks to me like they may be happier. It’s because empaths feel a whole spectrum of joy to intense sadness - and feeling other people’s pain, that they are easily sad or unhappy in some way. If a narcissist really can’t feel, then they can’t really ever be unhappy. I feel there is a great contradiction somehow, somewhere. They don’t feel, dance through their lives, get a lot of what they want, don’t look back, don’t even remember - it’s the defence system they have been working on since the day they officially became ordained into the Narc Kingdom. It seems they couldn’t give a f. ? So in what way do empaths win ? Someone help me out here, please ?
I am now in such a state when every narcissist attacks me. Maybe they feel my hidden wounds or maybe they are jealous and they attack me publicly, using gaslighting, irony, shaming, ridiculing my points of view, manipulating my words, just to put me down and shame me publicly. They even unite against me, literally waging war at me in debates, convincing the audience that they are right and I am wrong, putting me down and then, when they see me depleted of energy, angry and broken, they have that sparkle of victory and joy in their eyes. How pathetic! The bystanders are equally cruel in my opinion.
It took me complete solitude for a while after leaving, to look through old photos, remind myself of really wow achievements i downplayed to 'fit in', unconditioning things and still busy, however once i shifted the vibration to love but SEE clearly, red flags started screaming from past interactions. We the compassionate truly have remarkable resilience, i so appreciate these videos, resonates deeply and reminds me i am worthy but i cant please everyone and thats okay.
Frequency is everything! ... speaking of Black Holes, interesting hearing that from the video. I decided to answer an email from my ex narc after several months of being ghosted. She asked "What are you thinking?" I answered - "I am thinking about Black Holes and how powerful they are. They swallow stars and are insatiable. They eat up everything in their path and continue drifting through space. Their gravitational pull is so strong that once you cross the Event Horizon, you're a goner. Finally, I am thinking about how you're never going to hurt me again. That's all I am thinking about."
It simply takes an Empath, knowing ones vibration, all things have energy and are constantly moving. This includes people. """Vibration""". In conversation, movements (head to toe). Even The universe talks to us if one pays attention. Can't you tell when it's gonna rain. It's a vibration. A calm, or a cool breeze, swaying trees. Calm, then the bottom falls out. Some people aren't aware of the simplest things such as that.. The calm within self dictates the modicum of havoc on the outside. That's why I don't let my body be subjected to crowds unnecessarily (such as parties). The less of unnecessary energy the more power one keeps. Solitude is where its at. The most powerful persons are the ones that stay in solitude (alone) how many powerful persons STAYED in mountain tops. Jesus.... Go on!!!go on!!!go on!!! So are more intune, like making the moisture from a tree rain down on them on a hot day. I've done that. Solitude teaches the body of any outside disturbance. Like when that lady wanted blessings in the Bible, she simply touched the bottom tip of Jesus robe. Jesus felt it His energy was modified. That's what solitude does, One can not be around a multitude of energy. Inorder to be an Empath one must keep and feel their own energy inorder to be more preceptive, prudent, intuitive. I'm speaking of Empaths. If one is not walking on water I don't consider them a """SUPER EMPATH"""

I fought back for so long as a “super empath” and my narcissist ruined my life. I’m now about to be doing 5 years in prison because they framed me. The worst part isn’t even that they did that it’s that they feel nothing about doing it. They convinced themselves that I deserve this. I’m so fucking scared.
My sister in law and a cousin of ganged up on my parents for manipulating them to change their will into my brothers name and have passed away because of all the bullying and making them ill. Now my sister in law and cousin are poisoning everyone minds that I bullied my parents and made them ill. Worst thing all people believe their lies.
There is no negotiation with a narcissist. I've never seen such criminal behavior as with a narcissist. I was married to one for many years,we had a Construction Business.After his adultery and lies, manipulations, ruined our marriage, I divorced him & moved 2500 miles away. The two children were young adults. They visited me. I stayed through all that for the children. He buried all assets of the Business. He was basically a criminal. I Thank GOD for the genuine help in finally breaking away from him. The kids stayed with him because he had all the money.I went to a job in Hawaii. He tried to hoover, which I refused, and he died of bone cancer. His mistress ran away. So sad they choose this way of life.

I am a empath and was with a narcissist for 7 years. Towards the end of the relationship, it was literally living hell. As I was trying to break the patterns ,it got worse...way worse. You are definitely right, you can't live long term with a narcissist once you have reached a certain level of healing. I was able break free from the relationship 3 years ago. As I went through my healing, it destroyed my narcissist. So badly that he destroyed himself... I found out he passed away 6 months ago. Its truly sad, but ithas left me with a whole bunch of new issues and trauma.

@blackrose3869 Listen. We all have missed the word narcissism. But one thing we have not been missing is the patterns. Patterns in which these people behave is pretty much the same. You have to put your foot down. You have to take a stand because it's not good. What they are doing to themselves, so you take a stand and there's the disconnect. That's where you go your own ways. That's what I'm telling you. Stayed around what were you thinking it was going to change. Are you just couldn't handle it anymore? I put my foot down and I'm not gonna lie. I have had many times when I regretted everything that I did. You know, I wish I could go back and do it differently. But U know how a narcissist is a narcisjust. They are Creatures like no other. I strongly believe and have a deep found feeling that they are doing the work of satan or connected to him. Somehow somewhere my path is crushed. I made that commitment a long time ago. For some reason, lately, I have not been receiving daily videos from you. So, receiving this one definitely energized me to get back in the fight. It's such a critical time. The accounting is overdu÷. And it is critical to nailing his embezzlements. He's selling his house to hide any access to his assets that are owed to me. And there are signs he will bring a lawsuit against me by falsely claiming I owe the estate money so he can get my house from me.
What. I feel that you started off strong with narcissists seeking value. And then after that was a downhill spiral. In my experience, a narcissist seeks pleasure, first and foremost. They will seek someone out who has value, but not more than they have. They want a trophy that they can get approval from. They want to prove to themselves that they are superior to their trophy. Envy is an enemy in a narcissists eyes. They're always comparing themselves to others. Upon entering a room, a narcissist will quickly pick out anyone who may have traits that they are envious of, and will create an internal competition to prove to themselves that they are better. If they succeed, they are smug. If you were to say something about that person to the narcissist, they would instantly attempt to undermine them somehow. Also, narcissists don't realize they are narcissists. They aren't capable of that sort of introspection. A narcissist spends its life improving itself and competing. A never ending human pageant. It empowers them, being so superior to everyone, and they use that to justify any wrongdoings in their home life. The victim is a necessary energy supply for the narcissist. But when the web of lies untangles, a narcissist can become dangerous to make sure its secrets are not exposed.

What if the narcissist/sociopath/bully/psychopath is just a neighbour in the same apartment complex? I never had any kind of friendship with this vile bully/liar and her colluder. They both live here. It's such a nice place, but for them. They've made all kinds of false allegations against me such as stalking, following, trapping, deliberately frightening dogs, bashing their cars, screaming, harassing, blah, blah, blah. They're trying to get me evicted, have filed for peace bonds against me, and have violated my human rights. I've figured them out but now how do I defend myself against them and their brainwashed flying monkeys? They've exploited others and will likely have some of them as witnesses in the courtroom. What do I say against the lies and their false witnesses who probably don't even know they're lying!!?? Help!
It is true about healing I think a narcissist is trying to get my attention and I indeed feel very sorry for him and feel like I could help him But I am finally starting to see the pattern of every relationship I have had The narcissist goes way out of the way to get my attention and then is unbelievably mean to me until I finally get them out of my life But the saddest thing is that I knew they were not good when I first met them So this time I am going to go with my first impression that they are not good and NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY GO OUT OF THE WAY I WILL NOT LET THEM IN and maybe one day another "real one" will come across my path YAY
I cannot tell you how spot on your information is I’m sure you know this but the more I’ve dived into this process I have found that I am absolutely a super empath, and I have two narcissist in my life who play off of each other to make me feel like shit one of them is my husband, and one of them is a person I could care less about But can I just tell you when I say things out loud in front of the female narc few words that I’ve decided to say this week she has literally waited a few minutes and repeated behind me verbatim what I say she turned around and subtly cuts me down all the time she thinks that people don’t notice she has no idea that as a super empath,I am about to, be pushed past my point of rage and it’s all fixing to come out to them both in a way where she will be crying to manipulate and turn it to another smear campaign which is fine.

How does a super empath communicate with a narcissist in a business partnership when the narcissist is resisting severing partnership, yet in the same breath blaming the super empath for all the problems in the partnership.....and that the super empath is, in fact, the problem? This truly mind bending crazy making stuff.
I am dealing with this right now! I am doing my best to get the guidance and help that is needed. It is all so overwhelming, isn't it? My "stbnex" can't keep up with his lies, but he manages to find a way. I got away from him after being together for 25 years! But, I might as well still be in that abusive and toxic marriage - as he treats me just the same, if not worse now, within our business partnership! Three more years of living hell! Financial abuse, destroying my role in the business, and ruining our business to spite me! (Which I will never ever understand as he is all about greed and money). I have serious decisions to make, as I can not continue to subject myself to such traumatic abuse. I can't put a price on my peace of mind and wellbeing. My physical health concerns are extremely serious, and he is using my vulnerability to his advantage. He has and continues to serious sneaky and sketchy things behind my back. I have to dig deep to put a stop to the madness. It is out of control. I should be solely focused on my health. It is all just so sick and twisted! 😢
How to gain strength over a Narcissist. 1. Regain your own personal inner strength. 2. Create you own exit strategy. 3. Implement your exit strategy 4. Disengage from the Narcissist. 5. Empower your situation. 6. Beware and avoid their "flying Monkeys". 7. Understand and learn what your weaknesses are to avoid getting into that situation with another Narcissist. 8. Congratulate yourself and be prideful of what you have accomplished. 9. Enjoy your better life.

I love watching them watch and study me and watch my interactions then try to attach…. and I pull the rug from under them as soon as they think it will be easy…for them to live and me to die. And the wicked witches melt while screaming “HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO MEEEEEE?!!!” I live with 140lb dogs so they don’t even try anything stupid

Yes you are right. I had a narcissistic girl friend who really wanted to see OSHO the guru personally. She took a long trip to meet him and see in his eyes. But she was the only one who did not make the OSHO meditation at home, although she forced me to to do it myself. She was learn resident. You could not teach her anything. Not spiritual nor technical. She new everything better 🤭
Radio Waves actually do travel at the speed of light. Radio Stations do transmit at a lower Frequency than the visible Light Spectrum, but that’s a different thing. Other than that, sounds good.

Narcissists in my personal experience with extended family are six-year-old children in their mentality. They have little to no skills in negotiation with anyone. They hate to "work things out" with those they desire to be superior to, they must win over others to feel good about themselves.
I'd trade it for not feeling safe!

He never came near me again but he called me on my birthday, easterChristmas and New Year’s Day for the next 50 years ! When I heard his voice I would say sorry wrong. Number and hang up every call !
He never stop calling till he died at age 65 a terrible death. Last call was Christmas he died 4 weeks later ! I am in my late 70’s. I have a happy marriage

My best support was God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. They are still my support at the age of 66 years, two months and 27 days as of my comments. Watching narcissists is an atrocity to see self destruct and they think they are abusing a person with their assets. It is better to give than to receive. The more I gave, the more blessings were bestowed upon me. Not getting love back from narcissists made me go inside myself to examine my own being while at the same time seeking God’s truths. God never failed me during those evil times. God gave me strength, love, peace, joy and resources and assets. Narcissists need God. I do not want negatives to happen to narcissists via me. Whatever God will do is in God’s own timing.

Nah the only time my narc could feel i truly hurt with them because it was whenever she could tell i knew she didn’t love me and she would get so frustrated and mad at herself which never happens she thinks most the time she can’t do anything wrong but she got mad and said she is sorry she can’t love me or anything it was genuine like fear, anger, the whole scale hit her like a brick out of nowhere. It quickly faded into her Harley Quinn laugh but these buttheads feel and stuff they just prefer not too.

@@husqrok im.sure that they wish they were different. Some ppl get hurt bad as a child and had to shut down those feeling to protect themselves. Now they dont know how to get it back. Some ppl , it takes a long to to feel safe to love and trust someone. Then when they think something is off, they panic and pull back. Emotional abuse and a parent that are not emotionally available for their child and to validate their feelings can cause this to them as they grow up. Don't hate the ppl like that. Sometimes love and understanding can help them overcome it. Im not saying to be a door matt. Just be accepting. If you can't handle them to be in.a relationship with , then they are not the right fit for you. Just move on and dont be nasty. That never helps anyone.

Yes, I destroyed many toxic workplaces. I realized I overengaged with the job and overhelped other people, so I left the workplaces without goodbye or handover 🏃🏢 As a result, they became more chaotic and projects got stuck.
I too make my coworkers look bad
And I successfully isolated a toxic coworker. First of all, I saw through his weakness is a huge fear of abandonment. Then I let him do what he wants and I don't care about it. Finally, I ran away from the job. Other team members also walked away from the job leaving him alone.
I left two places. Other went Down really quick and other got fid off all workers after i got Out 😂

Also as a Super Empath I can be in church and KNOW wholeheartedly that the people (men) who are staring at me from across the room or turning around like a rubber neckers in service to spot me way in the back are narcissists looking to feed!!
So many have told me of my radiance, my inner beauty shining outward, I have a powerful energy that feels comforting and safe, I been told that they see angels, lots of angels camped out around me, that I have a huge aura around me like I’m in a bubble, ppl have stared at me (a stranger) and confessed out loud “Lord, I know I need to go back to church”, or people watch me enter a room and they all watch me walk across the way to sit… a guy told me “You catch every eye, but you don’t pay it any attention”, “The men line up to have a chance to just talk to you” then I started paying attention and he was right.
Lots of sickos, dark energies, men and women just wanting a bite out of me, just wanting to experience me.
Needless to say I don’t go out much anymore and definitely not after dark. The prowlers are very thirsty and if there’s alcohol around they definitely have to use it to get a closer look 👀 at us. I don’t accept drinks… I don’t drink. That can piss them off quickly too. They don’t have a chance. It can be very dangerous.
So now I don’t go places that have alcohol because if they get drunk they can come on their hardest and when they don’t move my needle they become more of what they are… enraged and can become physical… trying to pull my arm to take me out of staring eyes to prevent them from seeing their pleaing and begging and my turning them down for every thing they are offering (fantasies and unicorns 🦄)
They don’t want to be seen or embarrassed so they go crazy… other men have to grab them and pull them off of me and away from me.
I’ve learned to protect my energy by not engaging with ppl stuck in my magnet 🧲 because they are usually very sick.
2007 I used to go to T.D.Jakes church and he warned the congregation “Don’t date ppl in my congregation because the people coming here are very sick”, “they are coming to be healed”
So now I can’t unsee the dynamic of the world and this Super Power that God has given us and how it affects ppl around us.
The hate, jealousy, the monitoring spirit that beg for any words, actions to use against us or beg for old clothes we don’t want “to donate to charity” no they will use them for witchcraft. “Things hold energy”
We are 100 times smarter and stronger than them but we have to keep it under wraps and just watch the watchers.

I have worked with a few narcissists. The first sign I pick up on now is that they watch you and every single thing that you do. I feel quite unconfortable with them taking mental snapshots of every tiny thing that you do.
After I see this the game is easy and they are included less and less in any relationship with me.

Codependency Anonymous and Therapy for many years finally pulled me out of the quicksand of attracting Narcissists! I finally got it and saw the whole routine of triggering me and then playing the "Gotcha Game" where I ended up feeling crazy and wrong. I was trained as a child with 2 alcoholics to believe I was always wrong and not lovable. Once I realized that wasn't true my world has exploded. I am 72 and my husband is 80 and I am divorcing him. He can't trigger me anymore and seems to have shrunk away. Can''t wait to be on my own. I feel like I finally got to the top of the mountain. They can't hurt me anymore. I really think Narcissists are evil considering the one's I knew wanted to destroy me.

I’m so happy for you! My sweet mother left my narc dad at your age and I remember her telling me that she felt like a bird out of a cage!! She went 13yrs single, enjoying her grandchildren, then met the love of her life! Thank God she was able to be happy in love for 15yrs before he passed away. My mom passed 5yrs later from a broken heart. She waisted 27yrs with my ungrateful dad!! Many Blessings to each of us!! 🙏❤️

Actually, it looks to me like they may be happier. It’s because empaths feel a whole spectrum of joy to intense sadness - and feeling other people’s pain, that they are easily sad or unhappy in some way. If a narcissist really can’t feel, then they can’t really ever be unhappy. I feel there is a great contradiction somehow, somewhere. They don’t feel, dance through their lives, get a lot of what they want, don’t look back, don’t even remember - it’s the defence system they have been working on since the day they officially became ordained into the Narc Kingdom. It seems they couldn’t give a f. ? So in what way do empaths win ? Someone help me out here, please ?

I am now in such a state when every narcissist attacks me. Maybe they feel my hidden wounds or maybe they are jealous and they attack me publicly, using gaslighting, irony, shaming, ridiculing my points of view, manipulating my words, just to put me down and shame me publicly. They even unite against me, literally waging war at me in debates, convincing the audience that they are right and I am wrong, putting me down and then, when they see me depleted of energy, angry and broken, they have that sparkle of victory and joy in their eyes. How pathetic! The bystanders are equally cruel in my opinion.
It took me complete solitude for a while after leaving, to look through old photos, remind myself of really wow achievements i downplayed to 'fit in', unconditioning things and still busy, however once i shifted the vibration to love but SEE clearly, red flags started screaming from past interactions. We the compassionate truly have remarkable resilience, i so appreciate these videos, resonates deeply and reminds me i am worthy but i cant please everyone and thats okay.

She asked "What are you thinking?" I answered - "I am thinking about Black Holes and how powerful they are. They swallow stars and are insatiable. They eat up everything in their path and continue drifting through space. Their gravitational pull is so strong that once you cross the Event Horizon, you're a goner. Finally, I am thinking about how you're never going to hurt me again. That's all I am thinking about."

My sister in law and a cousin of ganged up on my parents for manipulating them to change their will into my brothers name and have passed away because of all the bullying and making them ill.

I was married to one for many years,we had a Construction Business.After his adultery and lies, manipulations, ruined our marriage, I divorced him & moved 2500 miles away. The two children were young adults. They visited me. I stayed through all that
for the children. He buried all assets of the Business. He was basically a criminal. I Thank GOD for the genuine help in finally breaking away from him. The kids stayed with him because he had all the money.I went to a job in Hawaii.
He tried to hoover, which I refused, and he died of bone cancer. His mistress ran away.
So sad they choose this way of life.

I am a empath and was with a narcissist for 7 years. Towards the end of the relationship, it was literally living hell. As I was trying to break the patterns ,it got worse...way worse.
You are definitely right, you can't live long term with a narcissist once you have reached a certain level of healing. I was able break free from the relationship 3 years ago.
As I went through my healing, it destroyed my narcissist. So badly that he destroyed himself... I found out he passed away 6 months ago. Its truly sad, but ithas left me with a whole bunch of new issues and trauma.
Thats your problem. You took part in it. You're no different.

You have to put your foot down. You have to take a stand because it's not good. What they are doing to themselves, so you take a stand and there's the disconnect. That's where you go your own ways. That's what I'm telling you.

For some reason, lately, I have not been receiving daily videos from you. So, receiving this one definitely energized me to get back in the fight. It's such a critical time. The accounting is overdu÷. And it is critical to nailing his embezzlements. He's selling his house to hide any access to his assets that are owed to me. And there are signs he will bring a lawsuit against me by falsely claiming I owe the estate money so he can get my house from me.

What. I feel that you started off strong with narcissists seeking value. And then after that was a downhill spiral.
In my experience, a narcissist seeks pleasure, first and foremost. They will seek someone out who has value, but not more than they have. They want a trophy that they can get approval from. They want to prove to themselves that they are superior to their trophy.
Envy is an enemy in a narcissists eyes. They're always comparing themselves to others. Upon entering a room, a narcissist will quickly pick out anyone who may have traits that they are envious of, and will create an internal competition to prove to themselves that they are better. If they succeed, they are smug. If you were to say something about that person to the narcissist, they would instantly attempt to undermine them somehow.
Also, narcissists don't realize they are narcissists. They aren't capable of that sort of introspection. A narcissist spends its life improving itself and competing. A never ending human pageant. It empowers them, being so superior to everyone, and they use that to justify any wrongdoings in their home life.
The victim is a necessary energy supply for the narcissist. But when the web of lies untangles, a narcissist can become dangerous to make sure its secrets are not exposed.

What if the narcissist/sociopath/bully/psychopath is just a neighbour in the same apartment complex? I never had any kind of friendship with this vile bully/liar and her colluder. They both live here. It's such a nice place, but for them. They've made all kinds of false allegations against me such as stalking, following, trapping, deliberately frightening dogs, bashing their cars, screaming, harassing, blah, blah, blah. They're trying to get me evicted, have filed for peace bonds against me, and have violated my human rights. I've figured them out but now how do I defend myself against them and their brainwashed flying monkeys? They've exploited others and will likely have some of them as witnesses in the courtroom. What do I say against the lies and their false witnesses who probably don't even know they're lying!!?? Help!

I cannot tell you how spot on your information is I’m sure you know this but the more I’ve dived into this process I have found that I am absolutely a super empath, and I have two narcissist in my life who play off of each other to make me feel like shit one of them is my husband, and one of them is a person I could care less about But can I just tell you when I say things out loud in front of the female narc few words that I’ve decided to say this week she has literally waited a few minutes and repeated behind me verbatim what I say she turned around and subtly cuts me down all the time she thinks that people don’t notice she has no idea that as a super empath,I am about to, be pushed past my point of rage and it’s all fixing to come out to them both in a way where she will be crying to manipulate and turn it to another smear campaign which is fine.

I am dealing with this right now! I am doing my best to get the guidance and help that is needed. It is all so overwhelming, isn't it? My "stbnex" can't keep up with his lies, but he manages to find a way. I got away from him after being together for 25 years! But, I might as well still be in that abusive and toxic marriage - as he treats me just the same, if not worse now, within our business partnership! Three more years of living hell! Financial abuse, destroying my role in the business, and ruining our business to spite me! (Which I will never ever understand as he is all about greed and money). I have serious decisions to make, as I can not continue to subject myself to such traumatic abuse. I can't put a price on my peace of mind and wellbeing. My physical health concerns are extremely serious, and he is using my vulnerability to his advantage. He has and continues to serious sneaky and sketchy things behind my back. I have to dig deep to put a stop to the madness. It is out of control. I should be solely focused on my health. It is all just so sick and twisted! 😢

Yes you are right. I had a narcissistic girl friend who really wanted to see OSHO the guru personally. She took a long trip to meet him and see in his eyes. But she was the only one who did not make the OSHO meditation at home, although she forced me to to do it myself. She was learn resident. You could not teach her anything. Not spiritual nor technical. She new everything better 🤭

Radio Waves actually do travel at the speed of light. Radio Stations do transmit at a lower Frequency than the visible Light Spectrum, but that’s a different thing.
