The Volkswagen iD.4 Pro 4Motion has the same electric motors as the GTX, with the 4Motion the output is limited to 210 kW/286 hp - also a nice offer if you want all-wheel drive!
Hi, great video! I have the same model VW ID.4 GTX 2024 in kings red color and 21'' wheels as well, and all the plus packages. I have had it for almost a month now and I average about the same consumption/range as in your test under similar conditions. I also hoped for the consumption to be lower however it doesn't affect me because I'm not doing roadtrips constantly. By the way, living in Finland, I always have the sunroof blind open as there’s no sun anyway 😅 Also, mine came with the plastic cover for the DC port. Keep up the good work, thank you 🙌
Considering it’s a quite boxy car this is great consumption 😊
Teslabjörn had the 4motion with lower consumption than the small Volvo ex30 rwd 😅
@@abraxastulammo9940 if only VW would offer the standard ID.3 with the new software already it would be the better alternative to the Volvo.
VW ID4 GTX is very close to ideal family EV , a bit bigger battery for the same money can be a game changer . 88kWh ( 94 kWh gross )
I see a certain contradiction - family EV and bigger battery? That doesn't go together to me. With kids aboard you should even plan MORE stops. So what do you need a bigger battery for?
@@panibodo Travel from point ''A'' to point ''B'' 220 miles at speed 75mph without any stops and disruption . It is only 3 driving on motorway .
Is there going to be a follow-up video on the charging curve difference between Pro and GTX?
I understand that you are in Germany and have use of the Autobahn, but would it not be better to run your tests at a lower speed (say 112kph) which is inline with most other European countries?
I think it would give a better efficiency return and be more suitable for your viewers outside of Germany.
That’s my only gripe of otherwise excellent reviews.
Batterylife normally also does a 110 km/h range test besides the 130 one.
The test with 130km/h also fits, the speed limit in Denmark and in the Netherlands, if I remember correctly🙂 and maybe some more country's, but I also think that the test is also, so you can see how your range will be, when you have to take a trip through Germany, on a summer holiday, which, there are very many European people there are doing, so I think it's a good test to do, and he also does the test with 110km/h🙂👍🏻
1:35 With the Enyaq that funnel is to plug your thingie in, so it doesn't dangle around. 😅
Thanks for great content but can you answer - what is the difference between ID4 GTX and ID4 Prime ?
Test new charging curve also, it's impressive
What about 4Motion version? how does that compare. Tesla björn did a rangetest, and that was close to model ys numbers. have you tried the 4Motion?
Will it go 400km with 19inch rims ?
Plis, try the ID4 PRO S AWD I dont know if the autonomy could be the same
Hello Chris is there a software update coming? I heard somthing for Skoda Enyaq
Jesus Tesla is so much better in everything spec wise while their price is also lower.
