I spent a lot of money in the shop to fix lack of power, injectors, egr valve and clean the turbo. And i see this video and do it myself, surprise! That actually work! Thank you!!
I use the TerraClean tool and products to clean the entire system in about 1.5 hours. I do not have to remove the valve, I hook in at the temp sensor, remove the egr actuator, and replace it with a thumb screw plate so I can open and close the valve. The system cleans the intake, grid heater and the combustion chamber,egr, egr cooler, turbo, and dpf. Basically everything "tip to tailpipe" Excellent video however, the TerraClean system has been life changing.
Where do you get that barsol? I see guys just blowing out the soot with air most of the time and then putting a new gasket over the horn and reassembling everything as long as there is nothing wrong with the egr it's self. And the egr differential sensor
I have d13 and the oil level goes way up And after I changed the harnesses I have a bad hard start and the engine start chutting down at least a couple times when I start driving Can you tell me what going on please?

There is a plug on the back side of the housing you can remove to gain access to that port , I use a drill bit and clean the port ,

Hello I cleaned out the dpf ports, egr, and mixer housing the bus runs fine but the aftertreatment system does not reach temps to complete regen
Hey I have the same problem, did you figure out, like why is not reaching operating temperature?? I can't figure out for 3 months

The doc catalyst could be bad. It's precious metals inside react to exhaust gas temp and therefore give you I higher temp to clean with
