Xenia Tchoumitcheva is an online entrepreneur. Her CHICoverdose blog gathers independent bloggers on different themes like fashion, culture and business. Xenia studied economics. She forged her personal public brand following her modeling activities and as representative of luxury brands as well as being runner up in Switzerland beauty pageant.

This is why I love these social sites they allow people from all over the 🌎connect and create opportunities that otherwise would not exist, love you because you fuel encouragement and highlight the reasons we should overcome all prejudices the world puts out.

Brilliant. This is the solution to workplace bullying, too. This will completely minimize workplace bullying because it will become harder for bullies to control and manipulate remotely. What will happen is, all the nice people, productive people will be free and who will be left in the office, but all the sycophants, nasties - malignant narcissists and psychopaths and they will begin to eat each other.

You know, in my country when someone speaks of "empowering women" what they really want are state-sponsored benefits and privileges, if not worse things like abortion and censorship.
I'm very glad that you took the libertarian perspective on the subject: if we want change, it must come trough hard work and the free market of ideas, not by state impositions.

Xenia, you are a phenomenal presenter and spokes person, I truly indulge on your word selection and composition of your composing. Once learning from any relationship the words we choose can and could be our last. Your expression on womens' self respect and over all enthusiasm on catering to the uplifting and re-nurturing of woman success and excellence is intriguing yet so punctual. İt was a nice speech. But there are some points that feminists always forget or they don't want to talk about. All of the femenists have to accept that men and women can not be equel in every aspect. They are not the same physiologically. There are differences in muscles structure,genital organs structure and even in brain structure. That are the facts and nobody can deny it. Womens behavior, their internal world is totally different than mens. You can not demand from women to do the same manual labor as men, the limits of mental and physical stress that men and women can afford are also different.
Yes İ totally agree that women keep discriminated till now. Some of them are getting beaten, humilated or paid less by just being a woman. İf we judge by brainwork performance then two sexes are the same, maybe even women are more intelligent. What İ want to say is that we people can not judge both genders the same in every aspect.
