    I love your flows, they have a real flow to them, which many youtube yoga videos lack. And you always give a challenge, whether it is balance, strength, or anything else like the Kali Mudra hand variation of today. Thank you Cat for finally releasing a new flow! I am a new yogini and regularly go to a yoga studio, but sometimes I need some guided home lessons as I am not so deep in my practice yet, and therefore your free flows are a perfect guide for me. I hope you are having a wonderful time in Sri Lanka.

    I love these short powerful flows as well as the longer stretchy ones. The affirmation "I believe in myself" is so empowering. I've enjoyed so many of your videos which have kept me going through lockdown 2020. Thank you! My suggestion is that you offer gravity assisted spinal twists after savasana to complete the unwinding of the body and make the transition to stillness

    I’m so glad I had the opportunity to do some yoga today. I truly ended this, but did find a little bit of aching pain in my left ankle from the balancing, but it has been quite a while since I’ve been able to do this. 🙏🏻🧘‍♀️❤️

    Thanks for the flow... It just strains the knees an awful lot; when I got into shavassana, a lot of pain came in through the knees... :/. But it was worth well trying, and I loved the pointing with the mudra to the side, and the side stretches in tree pose. Really beautiful. Thank you for your work.

    Do you have any tips for strengthening the ankles? I find that my ankles and shins really burn when we do those sequences of poses all on one leg.

    Have you gained weight??? Looking more cushioned than normal. This is not a negative comment, just want to open the conversation as I have an eating disorder myself. Love it when you talk openly about these issues. A question: does it affect you if people notice changes in your body?

      yeldemseifos - she looks perfect to me. There’s nothing ‘cushioned’ about her body. She looks very fit.
