me, having done yoga to go to sleep for 2 weeks and thinking i oculd do this easily during the day today. THIS IS INSANE what do you mean this is yoga ?? that was so hard lmao i definitely need to do this one multiple time if i wanna be able to do it without struggling so much lmao you ladies are insane
This is a great practice for me. I am experiencing pain in the lower back and have been advised to avoid backbends. With some care I was able to do the series of poses without lower back pain. This is a sequence that is not heavy on backbends but is still vigorous.

Challenging flow, I started a turbo flow with Ashley Galvin that I stopped to do this challenging but doable vinyasa.
