I was searching for a great face wash for two years. I tried all the typical regular products, some excellent skin care brands. 1.wash ur face with mild face wash
2.clean ur face with raw milk if possible
3.apply the pack as instructed in the video,wash it off
4.apply aloe vera gel or just don't apply anything
5.have a peaceful sleep😊
EDIT:Do it at night for better results,if u do in day and go out in sun then it wont work effectively
