I love my HGs, but I mis-racked a 405lbs squat (left side only, so the left side crashed down) with the Rogue aluminum collars and they didn't move, plus I'm well over 6' so they fell a long way haha. That being said, the HGs are the best bang for the buck, no question.
I like the rogue aluminum magnetic collars. Never tried those.
If I’m not mistaken the HGs are the same as Lock Collars which are $10 cheaper than the Rogues. All I use as well
I have similar but much cheaper lock jaw collars that never failed me.
name and cost please !!!!
@@poweredbyeb Just generic amazon brand! LOL, I think it's called MoKo or something.
@@HughLeFitness are you in Canada because I can only find those on Amazon Canada
@@poweredbyeb yup, I think you can find those anywhere TBH. They are the most basic and very easy to find in any fitness store.
Haha. I was holding my breath. And when u said the HGs I was like yesss. Have them. They r awesome!
Why would you not use the more expensive ones if you already own them? Is there some aspect in which they are worse?

Rogue HG and LockJaw Pro collars are the same so go with the latter.
I use the Rogue HG also.
Try Mackey Innovations collars...new to the market but the most amazing collars ever
Unless you’re in competition… 300lbs+… no need for name brand lol
