    I had a Yaris for awhile set up for auction yards and dealer lots. I did a full custom build in mine tho.
    You really need to ditch the back seats, make a flat base, bolt stuff down to that flat base and add a safety cage. Even a tiny accident your going to have a rough time. All that stuff is going to fly up and hit your head. I did pull out shelves built on heavy duty rollers with my key machines bolted on them and aluminum shelves that had keys stored in Plano boxes Everything bolted down and had permanent spots. It was set up in away that made everything more like a small office outside the back of car rather then bending over working inside the hatch.

    If it works for you that's what counts...I assume you're just doing automotives...and maybe house lockouts...great job!

    Does your booster provide direct current? Or short term? Because my booster provide current only for 15 seconds and than it turn off. And i need to push turn on button again.
    So, i need to find booster, which give current for long time (for key programming).

    • @carsnkeysautomotive
      @carsnkeysautomotive  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, this maintain the battery charge as long as it has charge. If the car battery its dead, this booster keeps the charge on 12v until the booster dies!. It has worked for me so i keep using it

    Do you know where I can get training to be a auto locksmith?

    • @carsnkeysautomotive
      @carsnkeysautomotive  ปีที่แล้ว

      There is so many out there but the one that I went to its on Ogden Utah by Key Man Locks. training just teaches you the basic and everything else you learn in the field, the only stuff you need to learn is what kind of chip id numbers that vehicle takes, the tools you need and everything else is a learning process. if you do some research I think you can even learn everything online. thats my personal opinion, the tools that they recommend is a lot but you can buy one that does almost all the vehicles and jobs. here is my email carsnkeys22@gmail.com for more info for locksmith.

      @@carsnkeysautomotivewas the training course worth it?

    • @carsnkeysautomotive
      @carsnkeysautomotive  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@MikeMike-yu1lc well, in training you will learn the basics and whats a transponder key and whats the difference between each of them, what programer you should buy and all kind of blades in the market but everything else you learn in the field! If you don’t have any knowledge about locksmith or programming I would recommend for sure and plus the certificate too, some state requires when applying for license or when applying to buy keys to a supplier!

      @carsnkeysautomotive they say after traing you'll be able to start your own business. Did they show you how to pick different locks and everything? Was it alot of hands on or book work?

    • @carsnkeysautomotive
      @carsnkeysautomotive  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@MikeMike-yu1lc about opening a business its up to you, if you willing to take the risk! It does feels like after training you ready to open a business but thats just like a small portion of it or 10% of owning a business. Yes, they show how to pick and lishi the locks, and about picking a lock its just about practice! They give you the list of what you will need to start doing jobs, but most of the time they give you the list but my recommendation always its to do your own research about what programers and tools, when I started mine i bought some things that they did recommend but im not using them, or keys that I bought that I won’t use them.
