Have been using the T-lite for 2 months, and it works fine. Coming from the qx7, you can feel it's quality as a lot cheaper. If it stops working, I will probably go for a xlite unless they release a more premium version at an attractive price.
its been good to me for the most part. ive had to solder couple wires that broke off. definitely cheap but it does the job. im hoping when my tango pro gets here, itll replace my t-lite. the poor quality in feel, parts and overall experience is not enough for me to love it
Yeah, I'm sure there are lots of people who have perfectly good working T-Lite radios. I just think the 10% or so who have issues make comments claiming that their experience will be the same with everyone and that's simply a serious exaggeration. I'm not defending Jumper in any way here. Their QC is pretty poor but that is where the cost cutting went. Apparently when they look at the FPV community they have declared the side who want cheap AF FPV gear the "winners" and the quality junkies the "losers". Basically, the cheapskates make way more noise than the quality gurus. So they listen to what the market wants. Even with all the quality issues, this radio still outsells the Tango2 about 20 to 1 by the sales metrics I've been told by certain retailers. Also, based on sales figures, they know they can get away with this practice so they will continue to do so. People just need to understand this is how the world works and make the proper adjustments to deal with it. In other words, buy multiple back ups like I did. LOL.

I also think the T-Lite is great. It has completely replaced my QX7. Unfortunately, the range of the CC2500 module is very poor and I had several crashes due to fail saves. However, I was planning to use TBS Tracer anyway. This works with 100mW without power mod and the range is great. The quality for this price is really great.
Regarding the range, you do need to calibrate the tuning of the tx with the fine freq setting in the model and it will vary by receiver. You can then use the RSSI values to find the right values to give you the best range. I mentioned this problem with my XM+ receivers not binding and this was in one of the first videos I made.
