I tried this also for windows 10 and got to the screen you show. I click on remove everything and the minitor goes black and nothing else happens.

It sounds like your PC is one of the rare cases that the Windows Reset process does not go smoothly. Is your computer still able to boot up to the Windows Desktop screen and run normally or is it unable to boot into Windows at all? Let me know -- I made two other videos on how to download the Windows 10/11 installation media to a flash drive and then use it to perform a "clean install" of Windows 10/11. If you can no longer boot into Windows, you'll need to reinstall the operating system. @@JasonBagnell The PC reboots to Windows 10. I might as well just keep this PC as a backup. I have had it for 12 years and just bought a replacement. I wanted to either sell it or give it to my sister. I did create an installation flash drive. Everything you said was great, it just went black and I had to hard boot the computer each time I tried it in order to get it to boot to Windows. Thanks for your help. Your videos have been the most clear and easy to follow.

Sounds good. Sorry your PC was one of the difficult ones. I sometimes spend countless hours working on PCs that do not behave like they should. There is always some obscure setting somewhere that is keeping it from running like everyone else's. Probably a setting in the BIOS/CMOS/UEFI. Thanks for keeping in touch and I hope your new PC is problem free for years to come! -- Jason
