This is a comprehensive review of the 2020 Crossrope power handles and how they work with the 2 oz, 3 oz, 4 oz, 5 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, 9 oz, 1 lb, and 2 lb Crossrope attachments. Enjoy and please subscribe/hit the thumbs up button!
Just got the 2020 Get Strong set for my birthday a week ago!! Perfect timing cause I was planning on ordering the 1/4 and 1/2 pound ropes! Love the 1 lb rope for Muay Thai conditioning!
If you had to choose between the get lean handles and the get strong handles (both 2020 Version) which one would you choose? I'm thinking about to buy the power handles with 1/2 LB and the 1 LB Rope.
Great question, Boris. I think that the Get Strong handles can be used with more of the attachments, so I'd pick the Get Strong. I've heard of a few people who opt for the 1/2 and the 1 with the Get Strong handles. I think it's a smart move.
Hey there, just received my get lean croserope set, but unfortunately one of the handle is faulty. It doesn't spin well, it stops within just few seconds, like you suggested to check first thing, with the handles. I did and now filmed the video and raised a complaint, I really hope my money isn't wasted. And it's not just spin problem, but while jumping that problematic handle creates a weird experience too. Hard to explain as English ain't my primary language, but I believe you get what I mean.
@@JumpRopeVeteran got a response, they have agreed to send one piece of handle. Just to appreciate your content and let you know that someone is getting benefited with it. Thanks for making it for us.
Thanks for the review. I got mine in 2018 too, may upgrade, they spin ok still but click are they coming out with a 2021 model? If so I would wait for those
What's good Tic Tac. I haven't heard anything about a 2021 model. Judging from these new handles I'm not sure if they can improve upon much. These handles are major improvements from the originals.
Not often. All the attachments I own are still fully operational. I've never replaced them. My Get Lean and Get Strong ropes are going on five years old. Amazing.
I use the power handles with the 1/2 lb rope. I feel the slim handles are on the small side for that rope. Much better control of the 1/2 lb rope with the power handles IMO.
Hey man! I have a question: is there's a lot of difference between the Get lean handles and the strong handles when your using the get lean ropes? I'm curious because I'm not sure if it's going to feel the same way with the get strong handles.
Jonathan, great question. In my experience, the Get Strong handles work well with 4 oz and above. Anything less, and the weight disparity between the handles and the attachments is too much for me and makes me feel awkward. So, to answer your question, I think you'll be fine using the Get Lean attachments with the Get Strong handles. 💪🏾
Hey Rainier, I got a medium and it's worked out well so far! I have a knot on each side for the 1/4 and 1/2 lb and one knot on one side on the 1 lb and the 2 lb.

Sam, the 1/4 and 1/2 are both great ropes. Happy Birthday, by the way!
Such a great video. Thanks for sharing this JRV.
Jacob, you bet. I'm glad it was helpful. Thank you for your continued support. JRTF. 🙏🏽💪🏽
Cool beginning with the spin !
Fleadog, thanks a lot for watching. Crossrope's spinning handles are cool like that! 💪🏽🙏🏽✅
Thanks JRV for this in-depth analysis. Really interesting. I'll be getting the 1lb & 2lb set in the future.
Dan, absolutely - and thank you for your continued support. Take care! 💪🏾
With regards to the 4 oz rope, would you say your experience improves when using the slim handles or is it roughly the same as the power handles?
Michael, good question. In my opinion, the slim handles are better with the 4 oz rope. The power handles work well, though.

Jabbar, they have lifetime warranty on their handles. Contact their customer service and let them know what happened. They're responsive. JRTF. 👊🏽🙏🏽

👋How often should they be changed ? Does it wear out easily ?

Scott, I agree. The Power Handles with the 1/2 LB are awesome. Thanks for watching and for your support. 💪🏽🙏🏽✅
Hi do you think you can use the 4 and 5 pound ropes with those handles
Hey there. No, they have special handles for the 4 and 5 lb.
@@JumpRopeVeteran ok thanks
No doubt. My pleasure.

@@JumpRopeVeteran Great! Thank you so much!
@@MrCono100 you bet!
Can i use those Heavy LE Handles on Ultra Heavy Ropes (4 and 5 pounds) ?
No, I don't think they recommend that. They've made special handles for the Ultra Heavies. Great question.
What size of rope you use? We about the same height! I was looking to get the medium size!
