I also like to rest my thumb/hold the slim and power handles near the metal cap. It helps keep the arches symmetrical. Also, I feel like I have more control of the rope.
I like the power handles with the 1/2lb. rope, I feel like I get more control with that combination. IMHO the slim handle is on the small side for the 1/2lb. rope.
I get hand pain with the slim handles and the 1/2 pound rope. I've followed the recommendations here but it doesn't help. Am I the only one getting this ?
