I’m 18 years old, been watching for about a year, heading to college for architecture in huge part to watching these videos! I love the designs of the homes you showcase and would love to work for one of these builders one day in designing the homes when I graduate.

I absolutely love love love this house
I was gandering at the Stada 2.o website. The plan 2, the only plan without a model looks intriguing. Pardee's hyper modernism is outstanding. I like the back garage. This model is not a series of boxes, as some thought about flow and connection comes through on the design. The interaction between indoor and outside is well connected to the design. You can see elements of Axis Pardee in these designs.

One thing i have noticed, the way they have designed living room infront of kitchen, one could easily enjoy their favourite show while cooking. That i would say is a cleaver design.

I like this house. Pardee is my fave! Love those back lit mirrors in the master. I have always preferred a white sink in the kitchen..not necessarily modern but just looks clean. The modern architecture is starting to grow on me a bit..All your fault Chakits! ;-)
Love houses with courtyards, multiple patios and/or balconies at different areas of the house. Also, I highly recommend a pool build here..even if it's small.
Love living in Vegas! Having a pool / spa here is like Ah Yes!..Night swimming in Vegas is the absolute best!..Have to say Edgewater Custom Pools did an amazing job with our pool design..especially considering the size of our backyard. When our pool / spa build and landscaping was complete, our yard actually looked bigger.

@@reneedennis2011 Did you notice that little bobcat and how narrow of a side yard they had to work with? Back and forth, I don't know how many times and never damaged the house. That little bobcat was the cutest thing..I totally wanted one..lol

I have been looking to move into a really nice community out near San Diego in Chula Vista(they have really come along latley)... But every time I watch your videos I'm inclined to move to Vegas or at least have a winter home... Out here in Phoenix where I love it...the summers are getting on my last nerve. I'm still stuck on that ironwood model you showed a while back.. but I like the contemporary style of this house. I'm wondering if I can get a better deal with those builders if I'm coming with straight Cash.

Great tour! I toured this home and loved it! Your tour brought up a lot of good points! For example, the spigots - I never thought of looking at that! Since the base price is at $530K and to make it look similar to the model - we would be closer to $750K? I agree the upstairs should have a rail versus the wall - looks too simple for such an elegantly designed home. Love your videos!
Beauuutiful home! wow! I'm not a fan of pools in the backyard; I like to have outdoor living with grass and lounge chairs and stuff. A hot tub would be nice though XD.
As others have mentioned- weird layout upstairs. The bonus room upstairs immediately in front of you as you get to the top of the stairs should have been open plan instead of walled off like another bedroom. Instead of the wall, just have the lovely black/brown handrails extend and over to the left. Just my 2 cents. (Pool could be a few feet longer too so you could do laps)

The side yard is nice, I agree.
The upstairs is weirdly structured with an alley and rooms/baths on both the sides while master bedroom at the end of the alley. The space could have been designed in a much better way.
Do you ever tour homes on the north side outside the 215? They have soo many new community’s going up in that area. When we go to Vegas next month I want to go see them.

These builders need to take homesteading and personal space into account.
Don't think you need the 60fps on these videos. That would work better for fast moving videos like on a dashcam. On something like this I'd rather see 30fps in 4K. The higher res would do wonders for the details. As for the house, I absolutely love it. Exactly what I wanted.

Legit I actually love this house. This is basically what I always dream of having. But for the pool though.. as a soccer player, I'll replace all of that with artificial grass and a little goalie box hahaha. Nice way to play.

I'm not to familiar with US code but can that yard gate beside the garage be a regular door and closed off with a walkway/corridor to the house?
I usually have guests over and they park on the driveway but I wouldn't want them to enter straight into the yard or pool.
I wonder if a balcony can be made over the courtyard.

I just don't get the GIANT shower and no tub. Easily room for a tub AND shower, and if your wife is telling you she doesn't want a tub in the master, THAT'S some bullshit that's she's going to change her mind about in less than 5 years, and you're either going to pay to add a tub, or you're going to hear about it for-EV-ER!
