Love this home. Was curious as to THIS home. What happens if you want THIS home as is, of course working with an agent. Warts and all, this is the home for you. How does that work. How soon can this model be released for sale? How much above the $640,000 might be added? I believe, there are some like me, who just want to move in and find all the upgrades mind boggling and too much to deal with. Have always wonder about this, especially if this is your mind set.
Its better if you just build it now you would save more money

This specific property is the best mix of everything. Good location, pricing, nice upgrades. I just wondering how much this specific one is. I don't think it would have the same appeal in another community.
That master bath is amazing!!!
i lived close to wildlife a few years back and it was a huge pain. You could never relax. I had to check my shoes before putting them on to make sure that nothing crawled in there. Each time I used the Patio all the furniture had to be checked for critters hiding in cushions and the grill area was a pain to use as the BBQ attracted animals and you had to hose it down after each use or you would find them scavenging for food. Ever seen a mountain lion up close? You don't want to. Thank goodness my kid wasn't outside. Don't live near wildlife.
live close to wildlife and never had any of those problems, maybe they could smell your fear? It's a lot better than living close to other people that's for sure. Ever heard of coronavirus?

Might be just me, but I find the new intro walkthrough of the property spoils the surprise and reveal of the actual vid. Once the intro is over a lot of the time I'm like - welp no need to watch anbymore. Much rather just the house tour instead of the preview then tour.
But having said that I do love your vids. As someone sitting in the UK these houses give me a little bit of daydreaming pleasure, brings a little sunshine to the gloomy Britich winter. :)

My brother I been watching you been showing some beautiful homes, l really want to move to las Vegas that why I'm watching your video. This house here is to close to the mountains for me. I really love las Vegas however, l feel this is so high risk, because of the wildlife in the mountains. Bears, snakes and mountains lions.

$640k is the starting price of this model. If you spec'd out a home exactly like this, it would be in the $800k (or more) range.

I really like the bonus section at the end. I would test this though. Make it a separate video and upload it as a standalone. The thing that sucks about having an agent when buying in new development is sometimes you lose out on a home because the agent who represents the builder will pick and choose who they want to sell to. If a potential buyer shows up without an agent, the agent for the builder will get full commission on that sale. Therefore, when you show up with your agent a lot of builder agents will use the tactic of “there’s a waiting list” to wait and see if someone else without an agent is going to show up because they would much rather sell to non-represented buyers so they can get full commission. I realized this when I tried to buy in multiple new developments with an agent.

Chakits Krulsawat I’m just stating my experience and the experience of friends and family. Obviously, not all builder-rep agents are like that. Just the super greedy ones. 🤷🏻♂️ some agents just want to sell as quickly as possible so they’ll sell to whoever. But if inventory is low and demand is high, it’s not first come first serve. The builder agent will sell to whomever will get them full commission.. that’s true about 10 times outta 10. 🤷🏻♂️ good videos, tho. I thoroughly enjoy these. Keep em coming, big bro! And keep killin it! ✊🏼

So, after all the upgrades to everything in the house it would be about 1.5$M with fake grass? And buying outdoor furniture down to upgraded elec switches. Ought to see what u can have in KY for this price with real grass & hundreds of acres with real green land with water & mountains too. Ponds, creeks & on fishing lakes. Its very nice with a thousand upgrades. Then theres a HOA...where r u from Chakits?

There are 523 insects species found in Las Vegas, so BEWARE!!!! There is something about this house, the spirit of this house not right. Especially when you cooking, remember there are roaches, spiders, snakes, and wild life in those mountains. Those animals and spiders, roaches will smell food and water, and when you have a pool full of water that close to a mountain is a cause to pause. And when you taste vinegar that means you have been bitten by a vinegaroon which is a kind of spider.

Why you hating on someone buying a houses?
Do the builders allow you to buy 2 lots next to each other and only build on 1 and keep the other as a bigger backyard or as a way to not have such a close neighbor.

@@chakits1 i liked the configuration of the den opposed to the outdoor living area in front of the house. My first time seeing that, the master bed and bathroom was great! Question? Was a part of the backyard a separate lot? The back yard was huge. Great vid
