Himanshu ji, service centre and feature ka bhi mamla hain. Aur ek baat bolu, agar kuch din use kadhne k baad lage ki tumhare liye ev sahi nahi hain toh wo resell kadhna bohot hi tough hoga. Kiunki EVs ka craze nahi hain abhi tak. Tata ka fir bhi sell ho sakta hain, but ek almost naya brand (India pe naya) ko believe kadhna hi tough hota hain, uske baad service centre bhi nahi hain. Resell kadhna impossible ho sakta hain.
The Comet has the different purpose which this car doesn't fulfill. i already have a big car i need a small car for intercity travel daily which my Job demands. I have to take in consideration of parking as well as moving in narrow roads with ease, which Comet will fulfill. So both are good in their own way..

Aapne 2000 km chalayi hai or mene 4 mahine me 10,000 km chalayi hai . Mujhe 180 se 225 km tak average singal charge me mila hai . Aap lo to xz+ wala model hi lena jisme Cruise control mil jayega. Tigor EV is not value for money. 2.5 lakhs extra over tiago for the same variant which is not justified for some extra boot space. Range is also the same for both, so Tiago EV XT LR in my opinion offers the best package and value for money variant.
सर जो आपके मन मे इस समय confusion चल रही है यही confusion आज के 5 महीने पहले मेरे भी मन मे चल रही थी क्योकि मेरी प्रतिदिन की रनिंग city +highway mix conditions me 88 किलोमीटर से 90 किलोमीटर के बीच में रहती थी , iske phle मेरे पास स्विफ्ट VDI diesel थी ,जिसको मै 4,28,000 किलोमीटर चला चुका था उसका R.T.O रजिस्ट्रेशन् ख़त्म हो चुका था जो दुबारा renewal नही हो सकता था ,मुझे ab jo नई कार लेनी थी उसको लम्बे समय तक के लिए कार् रखनी थी जिससे मैने जो उसमे अपना पैसा निवेश किया है उसको ज्यादा से ज्यादा वसूल सकू इसलिए मै दुबारा डीजल कार लेना नही चाहता था चूकि मेरी प्रतिदिन की रनिंग ज्यादा थी इसलिए मेरे भी दिमाग़ मे मेरे प्रतिदिन् के personal transport के लिए मैने भी Tiago "E.V." car लेने का मन बना लिया , कार भी बुक करवा दिया इस बात मे कोई शक नहीं है की ev cars other internal combustion engine se kafi jada pocket friendly hoti hai , लेकिन अभी अपने इंडिया इस ev charging stations ka infrastructure विदेशो की तुलना मे काफी कम devolope हो पाया है और इसको developed होने मे अभी थोड़ा और समय लगेगा , इस वजह से अगर aap ev car se sudden long ride trip करने ka इरादा बनाते है तो ev के किलोमीटर रेंज की anxiety हमेशा aapke मन मे बनी रहेगी उसके साथ जब ev की बैटरी बदलवाने का समय आएगा तब भी जेब मे मोटा खर्चा आएगा और जो पैसे ev ko चलाने मे बचाये होंगे वो घूम फिर कर बैटरी के बदलवाने मे चले जायँगे ! इन्हीं सब ख्यालो से मैने tiago EV ki booking cancel karva दिया फिर् मैने सोचा E.V. cars ke charging ka infrastructure future me to development ho ही जायेगा लेकिन आज के इस समय मे CNG कार लेना ही ज्यादा फायदे के सौदा है ,मैने टेस्ट ड्राइव hyuandai grand I10 nios ,Tiago cng aur wagonr cng ke leke dekha मैंने सोशल मीडिया पर WagonR ट्रोलिंग ko दर किनार करते हुए मैने WagonR Vxi cng liya kyuki iska mileage to tiago cng aur grand nios cng se 6 se 8 km jada ही है साथ ही साथ WagonR ka cng mode me pickup bhi tiago CNG aur nios Cng se kafi better hai wo bhi jyada mileage ke sath . Wagonr cng me mujhe with Ac ,80 to 100 km/h ke speed pr on highway pe mujhe eaily 31 to 33 km per kg ka mileage मिल जाता है aur city me 27 to 29 किलोमीटर ka . meri car की monthly running cost daliy use commuter bike ki running cost की something equal ही आती है । Agr aaj के वर्तमान समय की बात करें तो आज भी cng कार, ev car की तुलना मे long term उपयोग ke हिसाब से और लम्बी दूरी की यात्रा करने के हिसाब से CNG car अभी भी बेहतर है । Thank You😊

Ev costs more than the same car in petrol. Also, its resale value will be very less compared to a fuel car. For example Nexon Petrol Costs around 9.5 laks and Ev around 14 lakhs. 4.5 lakhs extra for ev. Now petrol is around 100/- per ltr so in that extra 4.5 lakhs you can put 4500 ltrs of petrol and with an average of 12-13 per leter you can run your petrol car around 55,000 kms. Also evs warranty is around 7 years so after 7 years ev's resale value will be very less as battery cost around 7 lakhs. And also taking ev for outstation trip is a headache. So in my opinion fuel powered cars are better option Ev's will take around 5 years more to be at par with fuel cars
Sir, meri height 5 feet 10 inch hai par pagri ke saath bad jaati hai. Meri average running 1000 km per month hai, 60% in Delhi and balance on highway (once in a quarter). Jab main Tiago EV mein baitha to mujhe seat adjust karke bilkul neeche le jaani padi Kya aap mujhe Tiago EV recommend karenge, ya fir main Nexon Petrol XM (same price as Tiago EV mid range) le loon. Nexon EV bahut mehngi hai aur Kam running mein Nexon EV ka koi cost advantage nahin hai Please suggest
I don’t think so you are Car TH-camr, Comet is city car they mentioned it, and it’s practical for 4 people, and 2-3 people, and it’s a complete head turner, it’s preferable car for city commutes and minimal highway usages, Comet is designed to target people’s like office goers and going for party with family, going for dinner, You can’t compare comet with Tiago, Tiago does not even come close to Comet, Comet is way too ahead in every matter whether it’s premium-ness and features Say Tata to Taxi 🚕

If you compare upfront onroad cost of Tiago XZ Plus Petrol Manual with that of Tiago EV XZ Plus Long range Fast charging, EV is coslier by about 4.1 lakh. So it will take over 10 years to recover the extra cost with 65% savings for those who drive 5000KM in a year. EVs are good if the running is more than 20000KM in a year.
He never mentioned his running is low. He has very high running considering he visits car owners regularly. If you follow him, you might as well know that his Tigor has 80K on its odo in 5 years. So it will be a perfect fit for his needs.
Always compare an automatic with an automatic, you are comparing manual variant with an automatic EV. Plus maintenance cost of EV is much lesser than that of petrol due to less moving parts. I have compared Tiago XTA/XMA with Tiago EV XT, upfront cost difference is coming out to be just 2 lakhs. If your running is 10k per year, you can easily recover the extra cost in less than 3 years.

IC engine automatic is not equal to motor operated cars, the EV has a few permanent gears which are fixed and will not break in car's lifetime while automatic(CVT, DCS etc) gearbox breaks easily and require good maintenance. Therefore manual(No gearbox maintenance required) is comparable to EV(No gearbox maintenance). Every automatic car gearbox breakdown in a few years there is not a single automatic hassle free gearbox on market right now. @@Arts11234 I think you didn't understand what I meant. I meant that automatic transmission has convenience over manual, and cost of automatic is always more than manual. Since EV is offered only in automatic transmission, cost comparison can be done only with petrol automatic and not with a manual transmission. And you are wrong on this front that automatic transmissions require more maintenance. I am regular on team bhp threads and people have shared their experience how reliable Torque converter is and has minimal maintenance. Well I was comparing overall EV service cost with that of ICE and not what you are talking about.

So even with the yearly running of 10000KM, it will take around 4 years to recover and automatic in EVs are not by choice, it is compulsion.

Comet is city car pure u can't go out for.long drive in comet . Itne savings hoga nahin there are charges which will be less as per company claims then you have to wait for the amount of charging time again u have set up a earthing before setting up chargers also fast chargers are costly people are saying for nexon they sent around 700rs for fast chargers.Again batteries are going to reduce range as u used like phones so actually it looks very Vaisala actually its not and ur paying atleast 3 to 4 lacs more from regular ICE ENGINE so it's actually 25 to 35 % saving the anxiety u have to go through for chargers I am not tlaking about common person u all are bloggers people will give u space and not us.Ev is not worth still.lot of infrastructure needed I all cars becomes EV the grid line will crash India doesnot have sufficient power infrastructure to supply proper electricity at home so as these are good for city and not at viable for rural it will take at least 20 yrs . Also apartment where is stay depends so all these are dreams will be very be achieved

How funny this is, Tata has given Cruise control in Tiago EV but not in Tiago petrol. Koi sense hai isme 😂😂. Tigor me to dena chaiye tha kam se kam.
Technology is different
Ev costs more than the same car in petrol. Also, its resale value will be very less compared to a fuel car.
For example
Nexon Petrol Costs around 9.5 laks and Ev around 14 lakhs.
4.5 lakhs extra for ev. Now petrol is around 100/- per ltr so in that extra 4.5 lakhs you can put 4500 ltrs of petrol and with an average of 12-13 per leter you can run your petrol car around 55,000 kms.
Also evs warranty is around 7 years so after 7 years ev's resale value will be very less as battery cost around 7 lakhs.
And also taking ev for outstation trip is a headache.
So in my opinion fuel powered cars are better option
Ev's will take around 5 years more to be at par with fuel cars
Make a video of in case if we can't charge full in a fluke emergency what option is there if power drain situation on road.

Tiago ev is saving at least 10-12 thousand rupees every month compared to my previous diesel car on diesel cost. I charge mostly with home charger.

I don’t think so you are Car TH-camr, Comet is city car they mentioned it, and it’s practical for 4 people, and 2-3 people, and it’s a complete head turner, it’s preferable car for city commutes and minimal highway usages, Comet is designed to target people’s like office goers and going for party with family, going for dinner, You can’t compare comet with Tiago, Tiago does not even come close to Comet, Comet is way too ahead in every matter whether it’s premium-ness and features

So it will take over 10 years to recover the extra cost with 65% savings for those who drive 5000KM in a year. EVs are good if the running is more than 20000KM in a year.
He never mentioned his running is low. He has very high running considering he visits car owners regularly. If you follow him, you might as well know that his Tigor has 80K on its odo in 5 years.
So it will be a perfect fit for his needs.
Always compare an automatic with an automatic, you are comparing manual variant with an automatic EV. Plus maintenance cost of EV is much lesser than that of petrol due to less moving parts. I have compared Tiago XTA/XMA with Tiago EV XT, upfront cost difference is coming out to be just 2 lakhs. If your running is 10k per year, you can easily recover the extra cost in less than 3 years.

IC engine automatic is not equal to motor operated cars, the EV has a few permanent gears which are fixed and will not break in car's lifetime while automatic(CVT, DCS etc) gearbox breaks easily and require good maintenance.
Therefore manual(No gearbox maintenance required) is comparable to EV(No gearbox maintenance).
Every automatic car gearbox breakdown in a few years there is not a single automatic hassle free gearbox on market right now.

@@Arts11234 I think you didn't understand what I meant. I meant that automatic transmission has convenience over manual, and cost of automatic is always more than manual. Since EV is offered only in automatic transmission, cost comparison can be done only with petrol automatic and not with a manual transmission.
And you are wrong on this front that automatic transmissions require more maintenance. I am regular on team bhp threads and people have shared their experience how reliable Torque converter is and has minimal maintenance.

@@nitishlamba6936 There is a difference of ₹ 3 lakh between XTA and XT long range (as there is no issue of range in XTA) and the money saved in maintenance will be consumed in the insurance. So even with the yearly running of 10000KM, it will take around 4 years to recover and automatic in EVs are not by choice, it is compulsion.
What is Life span for electric cars? Like 15 yrs and 10 yrs in diesel cars . I like to use cars for longer period of time .

Comet is city car pure u can't go out for.long drive in comet . Itne savings hoga nahin there are charges which will be less as per company claims then you have to wait for the amount of charging time again u have set up a earthing before setting up chargers also fast chargers are costly people are saying for nexon they sent around 700rs for fast chargers.Again batteries are going to reduce range as u used like phones so actually it looks very Vaisala actually its not and ur paying atleast 3 to 4 lacs more from regular ICE ENGINE so it's actually 25 to 35 % saving the anxiety u have to go through for chargers I am not tlaking about common person u all are bloggers people will give u space and not us.Ev is not worth still.lot of infrastructure needed I all cars becomes EV the grid line will crash India doesnot have sufficient power infrastructure to supply proper electricity at home so as these are good for city and not at viable for rural it will take at least 20 yrs . Also apartment where is stay depends so all these are dreams will be very be achieved
