I happily use Ritz since 12 years, drived more than 2.25 lakh km in rough rural roads.. Punch is good, but tata is really lacking 4 cylinder refined engine

I have exactly the same experience with my Altroz XT. When we travel to our native place we always travel with 5 or sometimes 6 adults & fully loaded boot, but still the engine doesn't feel stressed, runs the same as it does with 1 or 2 adults.❤ And also got cruise control in Rs.8 lakh in Oct 2020.✌
Altroz nice car we bought altroz xz+ diesel rocket performance and mileage.

Sahi kaha paaji... Feel proud to own Punch Accomplished.... Getting 19-20kmpl when cruise is set to 90kmph. It increases to 23-24kmpl at 70kmph cruise. These results are tank to tank basis and obtained while travelling with four adults.
Please tell me about city mileage where you just need to drive a car in third or fourth gear?
My punch gives 11.2 km..in city
In city conditions, I am getting 14-15kmpl.
How is the knee room, for people with longer legs ?

Off lately TATA has been doing good in passenger car segments both in terms of safety and ride comfort. Only thing i as a user of TATA safari regret is the Ladder On Frame Vehicle by TATA. Hope in near future they come out with some good LoF vehicle. Good Review as usual Ravi sir is so spontaneous and without a single cut.
Yaar ye baat to सबसे पहले dekhni padti hai, ki padgi/turban to nahi takraegi gaadi के andar/bahar karte hue... Santro change karke Nexon EV pe aaya abhi 1 mahine pehle, but pagdi lagne का panga hai nexon main agar ध्यान deke na andar/बाहर karo..

Exactly what the owner said about performance becoz everyone's requirements are different. Own an Adventure MT variant suspension and ride quality is very good sticks to road in highway have got milage of 13-15kmpl in city and hav got 24 in highway, yes there are fit and finish issues but have seen that in new brezza & glanza also over-all happy with fulfilment of my requirements of commuting my family on bad roads which is common in where i live. And mainly love the SUV stance the car offers.
PUNCH fulfills need of most of the Indian families.

Thank you for this review. Very insightful aaur is product mein confidence badha deti hai. Only issue with Punch is the door locking mechanism. People with small children unless using child lock function on door directly..won't feel absolutely safe. Tata Motors should bring normal door locking mechanism in Altroz and Punch.
I am owner of First tata harrier in punjab and haryana high court. I enjoyed lot with harrier. sabka baap h harrier with 20kmph.I have visited srinagar and spiti.unbeatable experience.
Ravi does Punch has the faulty central lock issue, as per few owners door locks open at rear from inside even without opening the small knob.

I have a bs4 Tiago and both this and Punch share same engine. I can vouch for the engine reliability - i recently did solo drive 900 kms single day with 22kmpl mileage. Engine may not be refined but sturdy and reliable.

Recently I had to apply brakes at a speed of 80-85, and it stopped within 10-15 mtrs... Without any fear.

One thing that is worst in tata punch and altroz that if you pull inner door lock then it wil get unlock and door opens in running car.. very dangerous if children are sitting behind. Please raise issue to tata to change door lock.
