I always suspected that fluoride would make teeth more brittle, thinking it makes them less flexible and more rigid. I have currently switched back to a flouride toothpaste (usually use flouride-free) just for a while as I have some worn enamel that is sensitive near gumline and I only just read on Healthline that I should not rinse mouth after brushing teeth - is that something you would recommend?
