I purchase the mint mouthwash less than a month ago and I've already seen a noticeable difference in my receding gum line. Truly I wish I had taken a picture. It is amazing how much it's improved in such a short time. I'm looking forward to trying the tooth powder next. One quick question what do you think about oil pulling? Thanks

who else came here after experiencing Dr. Ellie mouthcare system? Closys as a prerinse, crest regular toothpaste, Listerine antiseptic mouthwash followed with ACT zero fluoride mouthwash. My tongue is numb and rough and I have three sores on my gums after using this system for almost 3 months. I need to get my sores healed and they won't heal. For now I'm using warm salt water rinses 3x day and regular brushing with nano hydroxyapatie toothpaste. I don't know what else to do. I might buy the hydroxy mouth wash as it looks like a good choice.

don't use regular toothpaste either! Try the hydroxyapatite tooth powder and the mouthwash.

I want to buy the kit, I'll probably end up buying the products individually so I can get the citrus flavored ones; Mints make me gag badly 😭. I do have some questions:
    1)I'm a smoker, do I need a a specific formulation?
    2) Where can I find a video showing exactly how to use the powder? So we spit, rinse?
    3) Are these for long-term use and I will get rid of the traditional toothpaste forever? (I hope so lol)
    4) I have crowns and silver cavity fillings. Can I still use your products?
    Thank you ❤

I am a new follower. I have taken care of my health and teeth all my life. I have only eaten whole organic foods for decades (I am a Holistic nutritionist). The last dental exam I had my dentist rawved about my teeth. However, recently I have noticed some gum inflammation. I watched and am starting Dr. Ellie Phillips tooth care protocol. Are you familiar with it? It is a step process. What is challenging for me is that several of the products are full of chemicals and flouride. But her results are undeniable. So much comfusing when I start to look at your tooth care regime which is wayyy different. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is it hygienic to brush teeth in the kitchen?

Should we also rinse with salty water?

What are your thoughts in xylitol mints or chewing gum?
